I ordered four pants, they were too small, now I have four more in the right size coming for free
I ordered four pants during their buy two get two sale. It was my first time and I ordered my normal size, which turned out to be too small. I contacted them requesting the next size up, and as I am a first time customer they are sending me my whole order again in hopefully the right size and I get to keep or give my original order to a friend for free (I haven’t worn them so completely clean. I tried them on with pants already on).

The sizing is very off. I normally am a small/medium but am needing to exchange it for a large. They have been good during the exchange process but I haven't received my exchange yet.

Very good product and it's worthy every penny
First of all the product itself is very trustworthy and does exactly whatever they advertise, in contrast with other similar companies that they don't provide security as this one. The company also is very helpful because I faced a problem with the size and they responded promptly and resolved the issue. I m very satisfied with all the experience.

I am so pleased with my purchase!.... the pants I got are stylist and sleek - so much nicer than I expected. I actually feel nice wearing them rather than like I've got Bridget Jones pants on which is what I feared! Absolutely fantastic products and service! I’ve wanted to try period pants for some time, but just thought they could never work. I took a chance with Luna when they were on offer and I am now wearing them for the first time and the softness and coverage is fantastic. I wish all pants were this comfortable to wear! The coverage means no leaks, even when my period has been heavy. I honestly can’t praise this company enough. The customer service has been second to none too when I got the sizing wrong! Great customer service
Even though some of the underwear didn't fit me the customer service was brilliant. Fast response and arranged for me to get the size I need for free.
Some of the panties fit nicely, but make sure you check if you need to size up (check description). Had to go 2 sizes up for one type of underwear.

Do not recommend not suitable for flow advertised
Very small fitting even when sizing up. Bought pants for heavy flow and oh my are they bad. Had to change after 4 hours as they were soaked through - thankfully I was working from home, had I been in the office i would have been caught short and it would have been an extremely embarrassing situation. Other brands I own are much more reliable.

The product (seamless thong) seems ok
The product (seamless thong) seems ok, and comparable in quality and comfort to another company that I have purchased regularly from beginning with M and ending in i.
However - delivery took quite a long time, and also the sizes are weird. I’m a UK size 12 and never more than a size medium. In these, I’m an XL! To make it worse, they print the size and care label directly onto the fabric (in large font) in the front of the garment. I know this is a small thing, but it gives a much cheaper appearance and feel.
Would I purchase again? Possibly - but only because they have a better range of colours! The colours were the attraction in the first place - it’s nice to find something other than black that coordinates with other bras!

Regarding the sizing, our sizes are based on European sizing which can run differently compared to UK sizing, so it's not unusual to need to size up. We understand this can feel unexpected and we're always happy to help find the right fit.
On the delivery, we ship internationally in bulk to keep things as sustainable as possible, which can sometimes mean a slightly longer wait. We're continuously working on improving this.
