Would highly recommend! I have tried four different styles over two orders. The first pairs were great, so comfy and convenient. One of the styles (seamless briefs) didn't fit as well, when I asked to exchange for a different size the customer service was quick and friendly.

I am really worried this is a scam…
I am really thinking this is a scam company, who have based their name off 'love luna' brand. I think it popped up on facebook, I clicked a comparrison site link, Luna came top, so I bought items from there. But now I can't seem to find any info on the brand or anything. I've been duped. This was a late night shopping, not thinking enough, moment. Anyways, a week later and I still haven't received the period products. Reading reviews I imagine the products won't work, be of poor quality and will cost a fortune to return so won't be worth returning. I hope I'll be proven wrong, but like I said - no products have arrived yet.

Stylish underwear, great customer service, slightly small
I ordered my regular size but unfortunately the were too small but customer services were helpful and have offered to replace them under the fit guarantee. Communication has been excellent, easy to contact and always replied the same/next day. Due to the product been small I haven’t tested them out yet, but they felt and looked stylish. The heavy flow lining felt significantly thicker than the medium. But the medium was slim line in comparison and barely noticeable. Haven’t seen or tried on any other period underwear so haven’t got anything to compare too.

I saw a comparison on some website…
I saw a comparison on some website where this brand was ranked first for period underwear, so I decided to order two pairs to try them out. The website says that if you are between sizes, you should order the larger size. I usually wear a size 14, so I ordered a 14–16, but they turned out to be huge.
The website also says that if it’s your first order, you can exchange them if the size is wrong. I contacted them and after delay ( because of the system) they contacted me and agreed to send underwear with the size smaller.
I didn't wear them yet, but fabric feels very soft , yes the absorbent layer is quite thick but I understand that it's because they are with high absorption.
I ordered two pairs, and both pairs came sealed together in one package. At the very least, for a first order they could pack each pair separately, so that if the size is wrong only one pair has been opened rather than all the pairs you ordered.

Be very careful, this company doesn’t give refunds
I bought some pants for my daughter for a residential trip. They arrived far later than expected and only arrived when my daughter had returned from her trip. I was ok with this and realise these things happen. Then when I tried to return the completely unopened package with unopened seal the problems with this company started to reveal themselves. First they requested photo evidence that the seal was not broken. Then when I provided this (obviously hoping I had broken the seal) they said they couldn’t accept refunds because I am in the uk and they are in the Netherlands. I said how upset I was about this, as the website states that you can return items and the website uses a .co.uk address implying they are a uk company. They came back with a 50% refund offer. I said I wasn’t happy and they came back again with a 70% refund offer. I have accepted this because I can’t be bothered to keep fighting and 70% is better than nothing but I am still really unhappy. Be very careful when ordering from this company as you won’t get a refund in the UK!

We're an international company that ships orders directly from our international warehouse, which is why our address details may differ from a typical UK-based webshop. A full refund via return is always possible, you simply send the product back to our return address and once we receive it, the full amount is refunded to you.
Because we know that international return shipping costs can add up and customers also have to wait for the parcel to reach us (and ideally send it via insured shipping, since lost or damaged parcels can't be refunded), we often offer a partial refund as an alternative. This way you can keep the product without the hassle of arranging the return yourself. The increasing offers you mentioned were our way of trying to find a solution that worked best for you.

The pants arrived today and are awful quality. The padding is uncomfortable and far too wide and move around when walking. Not fit for purpose and not worth the cost. Don't buy these pants.

The sizing was perfect. However, I did not like the feel of 4 of them. As a new customer, I could get them "replaced". The customer service team was very responsive and understanding.

It was fairly easy to shop on Luna and…
It was fairly easy to shop on Luna and the underwears are very comfortable and stylish.
Look just like normal underwear and feel great on.
I can't comment how it actually hold up as I haven't worn them for my period as of yet.
I will certainly be back to update if the claims are actually true, but so far so good.
Update on the underwears after trying them properly!
Sorry to say but after trying properly it didn't work for me.
My period came through each time, even though I followed all the instructions given.
The fact I hear people saying they worn their for 6+ hours is carzy, mine did even last 1 hour and I wouldn't say my period is overly heavy.
I figured ok let me try the one that hold a lot but that too fail me.
So sadly not for me and won't be buying any more.
That being said I am changing my reviews from four stars to two stars sorry but am being honest.

Adult bulky pull ups . Took forever to arrive

Well what can I say!!!. Well....The pants are extremely heavy and bulky. They arrived with 2 extra period pads which are supposed to be worn inside the pants,( I assume to make them even more bulky.)
As it would cost me more than I paid for the pants for the return postage ! I'm not feeling it's worth the effort! so will give them away.
The advert said they absorb 200mls I think they may do! maybe they'll absorb even more in all the the bulky thick layers.
To be honest they are just like a washable adult pull up nappy...!!!

Misleading postage details.
My order was sent at the beginning of April and the website stated Royal mail postage.
However it fails to mention the fact that royal mail is only the last leg of the delivery process. Having started it's journey in China.
So here I Am on the 23rd of April and my parcel still isn't even in the UK .
I obviously can't give a review on the product until it arrives.
But I'm very disappointed in the misleading wording on delivery as I was lead to believe the firm was in the UK.

Dealt with my issues well.
The items received were too small by quite a long way but customer services were helpful and have offered to replace them. They were quite easy to contact and replied within a couple of days. Communication was very clear. Assuming the replacement items show up I am satisfied with the experience. The shipping took a while because they come from abroad but if you’re prepared for this it’s not really an issue.
