Would have given 5⭐️ but was shipped with a white band not the black band as requested…how hard is it to get the band colours right 😏. That said the Watch is as described in “like new” condition, thanks guys.

This is the 3rd item that I have received from Loop Mobile. I have found that their description of the condition matches and usually exceeds my expectation. When I have had problems the customer service really worked hard to come to the best outcome for everyone. Remember to treat them with respect and fairness and they will do the same for you.

Phone was in condition but battery health was not
I purchased a iPhone 12 Pro highest grade refurbished and in the listing it said that it comes with 100% battery life and it came only with 89% battery life very happy with the condition of the phone and fast delivery but I sent multiple emails and they all were not answered

Phone received didn't match condition ordered
The phone received was not matching the condition I ordered: condition ordered was Very Good, condition received - below Fair with deep scratches on the screen and phone body. I contacted Support Team, they appologized and asked me to send the phone back to them which I did on the same day (Wed 22.02.23).
Update 10.03.23 Despite my constant attempts to get in touch and facilitate refund process, it took Support Team more than a week to get back to me and confirm full refund. Full refund now has been received.

2 failed phones, now won't reply to me
Bought a refurb iphone 8 - I did not match the description and they eventually provided a partial refund (took weeks). This then stopped working. Took weeks again but I got a replacement (I had to pay return shipping costs). Out of the box this one only has 79% battery and iOS is telling me it needs repair. After providing the requested screenshots they are now ghosting me too, So much for 12 month warranty and guaranteed 80%+ battery capacity.

[Update #3] - They now claim "no fault found", ignoring the screenshots I have provided which clearly state the battery capacity and a warning from Apple that the battery is severely degraded and requires service.
Do not deal with this company.
