Refurbished items can't be trusted for reliability
Purchased a refurbished Apple Watch and I accepted the risk of a 12 month warranty on a second hand item. However you don't expect the item to totally die 2 months after the warranty ends. You anticipate repairs but not total watch replacement. As it turns out its not a lot dearer to buy a new watch from Apple. I have purchased refurbished items off other retailers and have had years of use out of them including Iphones. Don't get an refurbished item from LOOP, go to another retailer who apply a better quality product. From a service point of view I found it Ironic that they promised a 24 hour turnaround on my complaint but took 4 days, but just a few hours after my complaint they sent me an email talking about their specials on Iwatches!
