Do not buy from Loop Mobile.

I bought a refurbished Apple Watch from them. It stopped working after just four months. When I raised the issue, I was told the only option was to return it and receive nothing.

Around nine months later, frustrated, I explained the entire issue to them again. I then waited three months for a reply. When it finally came, it was obvious their internal team had forgotten the issue I had carefully explained. Their conclusion? A refurbished Apple Watch only needs to last “a little over a year” to be considered reasonable. Their “solution”? A $20 discount if I buy again.

Loop Mobile’s customer service is slow, forgetful, and dismissive, and their idea of reasonable durability for a refurbished product is absurdly low. If you want a product that actually works or a company that respects its customers, avoid Loop Mobile entirely.

Had a faulty watch I bought from them which I sent back nearly 3 weeks ago now. Since then, they have been ignoring my messages and I haven’t recieved a replacement. I don’t have my watch or my money!

I would steer clear. Initially, my experience was good; the phone was in excellent condition, 100% battery life, etc. However, after using it for a while, it started rebooting itself every 2-3 days and then the screen started bulging. I can only assume it's had a sub-standard battery fitted. Anyway, these things happen so I reached out to get it sorted, expecting a suitable resolution. That's when it all started going downhill. After a few copy and paste responses from them, ignoring what I'd sent, they eventually read my message and sent me a return label. I sent the phone back in the original packaging and waited... and waited. I reached out to check what's going on and again, I got a generic response. We're now at almost 2 weeks and no sign of any resolution.

Sends wrong item. Fails to cover cost of return. Expects you to pay for their mistake. Avoid at all cost

Phone got delivered on time, only problem was when you were out of stock but the phones still said they were available, I bought 2 phones (both did get refunded + a coupon for next purchase)

A quick and well-packaged delivery, one of the Apple watches I ordered was DOA. Doesn’t turn on. I got in touch with Marlyn and the team at Loop and they quickly guided my return via email, which has seen the watch checked and refund issued immediately. Whilst tech can go wrong, the service here was great 👍🏻

Had an issue with the Apple Watch being a different model than expected. Customer service promptly organised a replacement. The watches are also in perfect condition. Very impressed!

Bought an Apple Watch from their eBay store and paid a premium price for the “excellent” version. The watch stopped working after a month or two, and when I reached out, they refused to fix it, claiming the back was shattered—which was absolutely not the case.

To make things worse, they sent the watch back without the band, and now I’ve been waiting for weeks with nothing delivered.
Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this seller. The product will likely stop working soon after you buy it, leaving you with a dead item. Honestly, it feels like they’re selling refurbished faulty units that were cheaply fixed just to resell.
Unfortunately, I checked the reviews too late and realized this is a common issue with their products. And to top it all off, their customer service is incredibly rude. When I mentioned leaving a review, their response was, “We won’t be threatened.” Never dealt with such unprofessionalism before.

Avoid them at all cost!

I bought an iPhone 13 Pro, but noticed some dust had gotten into the camera lens (x3 zoom). I dreaded the thought of negotiating and returning the item, but once I contacted Loop Mobile, everything was so easy and not stressful at all! Thanks to Marlyn!!!
