Love the price and quality, why buy new when you can keep using an existing product and save resources and money?

One less star because I ordered black band and got a white one.

Also I didn’t realise you needed a special fast charging cable to take advantage of that feature on Apple Watch 7. I only realised this after receiving the watch and seeing how slowly it was charging.

The product page does mention that 3rd party cable and charger are included, but it would be good if it also mentioned that the cable will be “normal”, not “fast charging”, as it’s one of the reason I bought this watch.

I don’t mind buying the cable myself as the price I paid for the watch was a bargain, but I would have ordered the better cable at the same time. Slightly inconvenient.

Otherwise very happy, “very good” condition is pristine!!

Sold a phone that had issues, phone number on website rings out so sent multiple emails over weeks to ask for replacement. Had to take a replacement in a colour I didn't want as they had already stalled for so long and my device wasn't properly working

Paid top dollar ($1480) for a device in "excellent" condition.
The phone began having issues from its first use. Screen randomly turning off, couldn't manage other tasks while on calls and couldn't hang up once on a call.
Took the phone to Apple and turns out it had water damage, along with a damaged processor board and proximity sensor. Also had an average 3rd party screen installed.

The phone played up for weeks and returns and replacement wasted more. Very disappointing at this price point. Possibly also fraudgulent given the multi point inspections that supposedly should take place prior to sale.
How can a water damaged phone be on sold as "excellent"?

Will not be purchasing from this seller again.

I have previously written a review for loop-mobile giving them a 5 star review I want to change that to 1 . The phone I bought on the 15th May 2024 paying $382 now has the screen lifting the battery doesn’t hold a charge the volume doesn’t work. I’ve tried to contact them the phone number on their website is not connected, no response from the email I’ve sent them. Don’t deal with these people, my next option is consumer affairs.

Quick delivery- exactly as advertised and expected over 80% battery health and got 100%. I bought Pristine expecting similar but this was better

Do not trust 1 word this company says.
Even though they sold me a blacklisted iPad Pro 12.9 that should never have been sold they are claiming it’s just my bad luck!
They have refused to take responsibility even though they do a so called 75 point check on devices before selling.
They have stopped responding to any communications which also shows they are not to be trusted.
I have reported all of this to police and have taken legal steps to hold this company responsible for their actions.
