i initially ordered the Apple Watch Series 7 41 mil aluminium graphite, but it wasn’t in stock, promptly provided a better substitute of apple watch series 7 titanium.

Receiving the product i was really happy with it; as stated the product looked new from factory included band n charger.

but 10/10 just perfect professional and highly responsive customer service assistance from marlyn. i have zero fault towards her, she promptly provided a easily solution and i was extremely happy with her service. please promote her she provides the best type of customer service anyone could ask for.

Came exactly as described, great condition and like new. Comes with sim card tool and charger. I will be buying from them again

Product was fine. But the constant badgering through emails for a rating is farking annoying. Stop sending emails every other day, nobody wants to get so many emails for no reason.

I had the pleasure in dealing with Luiz Ribeiro as I have reached out to many other resellers and their communication was extremely poor. The others didn't go the extra mile that Luiz was enthusiastic to do so and he received extra business from us. The items received as described, great to see recycled boxes were used to promote environmentally friendly packaging as well as the pin for the SIM card and charging cable supplied. (others were reluctant to supply). Overall experience was super fantastic.

I initially had an issue with the iwatch I had received from Loop however after having the watch for 7 months advised them of the issue. I dealt with Marlyn Isidoro and she was absolutely amazing. Firstly this is a very professional operation. I was informed every step of the way once I had placed my order for an Apple Watch. I received my watch within two days and it was, as described, in Pristine Condition. However.. when I checked the Battery Health it was only 81%- just 1% over their guaranteed standard level. I then received an email announcing that their new standard was 90%. I was very disappointed and will not be returning to this company

Service was great, really fast free delivery.
The product is good and well functioning but the description wasn’t that accurate, the grade should be one level below as the wear is visible without really having to look for it, and the band doesn’t feel genuine it feels quite plastic.

Item in great condition, arrived quickly and good communication. Would use Loop again.

I bought a used iPhone 13 Mini labelled "Excellent" from Loop Mobile on eBay. It arrived very quickly but with some minor issues. When contacted, their representative Marlyn replied instantly providing a reply paid label to return the phone. Over the next two days he kept in contact until he found a satisfactory replacement which was sent by express mail. On arrival it was perfect... I couldn't have distinguished it from new & it had greater storage!
What impressed me about Loop Mobile was their professionalism - the shipping packaging design, their communication as well as their problem solving. Many thanks!
