Happy though wrong colour band
We were sent the wrong colour band on the Apple Watch which, when I emailed them about it, I never got a reply. However, when we had to return the watch, because we chose a wifi and not cellular one, they helped us along the process and we received a full refund. So overall, happy with the customer service!

Wrong item sent
Ordered an Apple watch. The wrong colour was sent. When I enquired about having it exchanged all I was sent was a return slip with no explanation. I returned the watch then after a week I emailed asking if it had been received and if the correct one would be sent. The was no explanation again, just a note that I would receive a refund. The refund did come through, but really service is pretty lacking.

Really quick delivery came earlier than…
Really quick delivery came earlier than expected date. I got the “good” condition and it was pretty much in perfect condition really minor scratches, good battery health (83%) and eveything works on it. Definitely recommend.

Pleasantly surprised
I was really hesitant about ordering a watch online but the price was great and so I gave it a try. The watch came very quickly, the band was the wrong colour but I emailed and they sent via express the correct one. I'm very happy with their service!

Ordered Saturday pm Received Tuesday am. It was the watch I ordered and very good condition as promised. I didn’t like the color of the band so I can purchase one. I am very happy.

Better than expected
I ordered a pristine condition phone. It arrived in less that 24 hours. Had 100 percent battery life and looks immaculate.
