My iphone 13 Pro in pristine condition arrived in 2 days as promised. The phone looks and performs perfectly, very happy.
The battery health is 87% (one percent less than my older iphone 8)

Mouldy iPhone case
The iPhone case arrived promptly but was covered in mould! I reached out via two email addresses (and included photos of the damage) for Loop mobile and both addresses seem not to work. I’m not happy about receiving a damaged product and the lack of ability to communicate with them. Wouldn’t recommend.

Wrong coloured product with no explanation
Ordered an Apple Watch for my wife, it was suppose to be pink as she requested, however a black one arrived, you can’t email them as it doesn’t work it just comes back to you (info@ and support@) so don’t bother with them, really bad customer service

Great customer service!
I got sent a defective charger, however, their customer service was swift and easy to deal with and a new functional charger arrived within a couple of days! Great site and has great service, I would recommend it.
