Beautiful watch
My watch arrived quickly and it was a beautiful watch. Unfortunately I couldn’t pair it as I only had iPhone 8 which was too old. I have returned for a refund which shouldn’t be too long. I will purchase an older watch when I get my refund. I am very impressed so far with their product and excellent customer service.

Purchased a watch from them around December last year, was a series 6 but the watch screen went completely dead in November this year, so I asked them for warranty claim.
After about 49 exchanges of emails I have finally recieved a watch they were kind enough to even upgrade me to a series 7.

Bait and switch
I purchased an Apple Watch on sale from Loop Mobile during the Black Friday sales. They waited until the following Tuesday to cancel my order despite still selling the watch at a more expensive price at the time of cancellation.
Don’t waste your time buying anything on sale from this vendor.

If I could give 0 stars I would. AVOID dealing with Loop at all cost. They lied made it difficult to deal with, bad communication and deceitful. Good to recommend only to your enemies, I hope someone reads this and saves them before they get burnt
