You can't get a Tax Invoice
The quality of the product was as expected. My concern is around their customer service. I called, mailed, and replied to a ticket requesting a detailed tax invoice but got nothing. When I called I was asked to respond to a ticket (which was emailed to me) saying exactly what I wanted, but when I did, they ghosted me.

Great communication & fast postage.
Fast and effective communication and express post meant I ordered my Apple Watch on Sunday night and received it Wednesday morning.
The only thing is that I ordered a blue watch band to come with the watch but ended up with black band instead. Being able to choose the size of the watch band would be handy as well as the one I received is a bit too big (I have small wrists).

MacBook Pro 13 inch Touch 2019 Core i5 1.4GHz - 128GB SSD - 16GB Ram
Just received the laptop in good condition. However, while opening the box, I realised that the laptop has only 8 GB of Ram.
On the website ( also in the order summary that i received ) it was mentioned that the device has a 16 GB Ram. I'm not really satisfied with this buy as the description on the websites is misleading and the product that i got is not what was promised.

The iphone I bought was in pristine condition, everything worked perfectly. Unfortunately I had ordered the Max and didn't like the size so I return it. The process was easy and the costumer service was great, I had a problem with my apple account and they were super super helpful and friendly! I will definitely buy from them again.

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished…
I was hesitant to buy a refurbished phone, but am so glad I did. I got an IPhone 13 Pro Max in Very Good condition and honestly i wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between this and a new one. The battery capacity is at 100% and everything works perfectly. Shipping was fast and the price was the best I could find.
