I've been working together with Local IQ since I started in my role working for my company during this summer. Charlotte couldn't have been better and more welcoming with helping me understand Local IQ and how they could help the engagement for my company.
Charlotte is also very communicative, a pleasure to work with and is ace at adapting our requests to make sure that we are hitting the max of our potential customer reach.

Our enquiry rate has soared since starting to work with Local IQ one year ago. Charlotte is quick to respond to requests for changes to campaigns and proactive in getting in touch with advice and ideas for improvements. Angela keeps in touch regularly to ensure that all is on track. Great organisation who we enjoy working with.

I have worked with Alison and Will now on three campaigns and the service they provide is excellent. They feel like an extension of my team and always take the time to really understand my needs before designing the campaign which helps with reaching our target audience. I would highly recommend working with Alison and Will, they are fantastic!

They promise the world and deliver nothing. We were told that we would be seeing results from the 1st month of campaign, yet it took to the third month for us so see any enquiries (still no sales though). Poor quality leads that are worse than having none. Waste of money and time. Do not trust their ‘cheery’ sales team.

Do not use this company, we were mislead by their sales persons from day one, sold the earth and yet delivered nothing, error after error in every department from marketing to accounting. All they want is to take a much money of you as possible as quickly as possible, because they know you will so be gone when you realise they cannot deliver on the promises they sell you. Are all the positive reviews genuine? I think not.

Brilliant company to work with. Great support and really easy to deal with. The system works well and helps us grow our business. Would always recommend.

LOCALiQ have been helping us with our digital and print advertising for a couple of years now and we have had some fantastic results with our campaigns. I have also found them to be great value for money compared with other agencies I have worked with.

I've worked with LocaliQ over the past few years and have only had positive experiences. Digital marketing can be a nightmare to manage but the priority software LocaliQ have developed make things simple. Customer service is also exceptional: I regularly work with Angela and Charlotte to maintain campaigns and find new ways of reaching customers. I can't recommend them enough.

After being a customer of LocaliQ via their word stream platform for almost 6 years and paying £220 per month for the entire time paying them £13,200 pounds in fees and being on the "Agency Fixed For Life Offer" there was a period of two years I could not use the software due to other commitments (building a house) but I left the payment going as not to lose my fixed for life deal I was on. I then had an email and calls from them to say they where putting Wordstream to rest and I had to transfer to LocaliQ which was not suitable for my needs and did not have the features I wanted which where in Wordstream. So basically I spent two years paying them over £5000 in fees that was just a complete waste of time as their "Agency Fixed For Life" package was a complete lie.
