We have used localiq for 6 months now, the first 3 months we saw a nice stream of leads coming through, not so much the second period (but that might have been summer where people are away) - but we are trying it one more time to see how it works.
They are a great team to work with, I could do with additional catch up sessions and stats to see how things work in the background but they are available when I call if I need to, so generally happy with my experience so far, thank you.

Good presentation from the account manager, happy to provide a competitor analysis when we needed it, really helpful monthly account meetings, the telephone software was of great benefit as we identified where the faults were in the sales process and were able to upskill staff members to improve this significantly.

Charlotte has been looking after 2 of our businesses' digital adverts and she has been phenomenal! She responds quickly and we have monthly calls to discuss the performance of our campaigns. Would recommend

MD Mobility have been running Facebook and Google PPC campaigns with Christopher Wise and the team at LOCALiQ for almost a year now and the service and results have been excellent. Chris' approach is both professional and informative and keeps us up-to-date on a regular basis. The lead reporting system with customer login portal is also excellent and has some interesting features we've not seen offered by other digital marketing agencies. We would have no hesitation in recommending LocaliQ to other businesses looking to increase their sales leads through digital marketing.

We are halfway through our first campaign with Local IQ. Big shout out to our Account Manager- your responsiveness to feedback, your top-tier communication, and your creativity have all been major factors in getting this campaign to where it is now. From my point of view, we are beginning to see the success of the optimisation and leads are starting to turn to quality, rather than quantity. I can see this going from strength to strength for the duration of our campaign and have my fingers crossed for the implementation of our new adverts which have gone live today!

Do not trust this company, they mislead you and take your money with no returns/results. We have been over charged for services we cancelled within a month of starting with them, we followed the correct procedures, however they took money out of the account when we no longer using them & contract had ended. Several emails where sent no luck, they started sending other company invoices to us saying we owe money and they sending Debt collectors. emails were sent and no replies. Suddenly without any letters or any information enforcement personal arrived to our premisses. This was a shock as never been in that situation all my life. didn't know if he was real or fake, turned out he was who he said he was, we tried to explain to him we do not owe nothing and we have evidence you can see. he was having non of this which was shocking and very stressful. We still can not believe this can happen, when your innocent, how a judge can give them permission to do so with out any parties contacting us first. I would of liked to attend court if I was aware of this to put our case forward.
So please stay well away from them as they will take your hard earned money and in return you will get nothing but stress and enforcement officers at your premises to remove what little you have.

Natasha, who manages our SEO, is very professional and knowledgeable and has consistently improved our SEO rankings. She has been very pro-active in managing the SEO aspects of our website and makes good recommendations on it's style and content. There have been a few bumps in the road on the management of our PPC campaign but none so much as making me want to terminate the contract. Emily, who now manages our PPC campaign has got to grips with our customer requirements much better than her predecessors and the campaign is now moving forward. We have monthly meetings which are productive and these are complemented by regular email exchanges.

Avoid this company if you can. This company is not an expert in online marketing and does not have customer service. We emailed and called them so many time per day and rarely get a response back until we told them we don't wish to work with them anymore. We have tried to work with Localiq for 3 months which became a waste of money and time. The result of their online and social media ads is not being monitor and the team is not the export. We can run online ads with better performance by ourselves so make sure you do not fall into their sales team presentation. We know that working with online marketing agency is always a risk because there is a lot of scam out there. However, we don't think it will be the worst experience we would ever had.

Do not trust this company ,they prey on smaller companies, will not provide evidence of advertising , then will take you to court for thousands of ££s if you are dissatisfied with their service
