Their friendly professional approach made it an easy process from start to finish with each stage clearly explained and our endless queries dealt with patiently and efficiently.

Everything was completed in a timely manner, communication was easy and we now have a modern, easy to use, great looking website and we couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Great until they get your money .. then you get absolutely nothing except being ignored and eventually attitude when they do respond, my rep was Eleanor Wardle. Ive no idea what my money achieved with their marketing. No feedback and no stats but plenty of sarcasm.

Could not find any advert in the paper id paid for.

I've had mixed experiences over the years with Local Iq not all have been positive, however the commitment and positive attitude Matthew Chatfield and his web building team ( Especially Adam) have shown has been exceptional. They have built my 4th website and it is the best I've had by far.
The whole team is an absolute credit to Local Iq.

We have been using Angela, Charlotte and Joe to assist with our GoogleAdwords campaign for the past 4+years. We are a small business in the rural South West, with a limit to our advertising budget. They have always been a positive input to the business, the information they have been able to share with us to confirm who our audience is has been hugely helpful, and the regular meetings make us feel like we are important to them. They have never tried to "sell" us anything more than what we use already, they make good suggestions but then leave us to decide if our budget will stretch to additional services.

My experience of running a brand awareness campaign with LOCALiQ has been really positive. Our Client Success Manager, Mark, has been excellent, going above and beyond to respond to out of hours requests to update content. We are kept regularly up to date and the engagement with the content has been impressive.

So happy that we made the switch from Yell. After many disappointments with our website and PPC Campaign, it has been a pleasure to deal with the LOCALiQ team. Jonathan Smith, our Press and Digital Print Manager with LOCALiQ arranged a meeting with Angela on the digital side of their business and we have worked out a digital strategy which is already working hundreds of times better than our previous provider. Special mention also to Tommy who has increased or SEO presence drastically and Joe who is delivering excellent results already on the PPC campaign. We are just in the process of looking at putting our Social Media their way now, as we know this will deliver, too! I will not hesitate in recommending them except to competitors of course.
