Worst letting agents ever had
Worst letting agents ever had. Was forced changed to them by my landlord. As a tenant. They forced me to take out a 12months new agreement.
They have no email address, contact form or contact telephone numbers on the website and you are forced to login and use an automated humanless app system to report issues with your property.
They ignore you unless it is beneficial to them. I reported my boiler had intermittent issues and noises they just changed the status to resolved for this issue as I guess felt noise was normal yet not even got a person to inspect it. It is disgusting how they work in such a non human way. Company cuts costs using automation and apps and does help tenants.

My tenancy experience
I feel great about the service provided by Letting Peoperty during our tenancy process. The tenancy manager Mia Coles was very helpful and guided through the process in a professional manner. She responded quickly and clearly by understanding our problems. It was a stress free tenancy process as she handled everything nicely.

Abby was superb
Abby was superb, she was my first contact and helped me understand the packages etc. I was handed over to the tenancy team but it was taking longer than hoped to find a tenant. Abby stepped back in, promised to take action such as prioritizing the listing and delivered by finding a tenant within days. She went above and beyond by offering to stay in touch over the weekend and accommodate my timezone (8 hours behind the UK). Great service, thank you!

Better than any High Street Agent
I started using Lettingaproperty.com 6 years ago as I got fed-up of poor service from high street agents. To my delight every member of the team I've dealt with has been quick, professional and dealt with issues as they have come up brilliantly. I have been particularly grateful to Mia Coles who has consistently managed my properties and dealt with issues as if I was her only client; Charlotte Clarke in finance who recently managed a tenant struggling to pay the rent smoothly and skilfully managed this situation with all parties getting a positive outcome, Ethan Gibbons who has dealt with a range of tenant issues without fuss and last but by no means least Ryan Daines for his help listing my properties and managing enquiries and his 'always available' support.
