PropertyLoop told me that they were going to place 'corporate' tenants into my property. Instead I got a Sudanese family of three (mother + 2 daughters), none of any were working. After a week they threw out numerous items of furniture and a large planter with 15yr old mature plant without consent, complained about issues like 'dust', a lack of space, the fridge 'not working' (they did not know that there was a temperature control), and generally were a pain in the neck, refusing to vacate the property at the end of the Tenancy Agreement. Am currently going through a Section 21 notice to remove them. Will never use another letting agency again.
