They are Professional Scammers. Avoid at all costs. Don’t believe the unrealistic yields. I bought 3 properties and they scammed while i was in process i referred to two other landlords. First their scam was sourcing fee scam and then later backing off from the yield shown on ads when you purchase it. After you buy property they will add hidden/fake costs so they can put it on social housing. Or else they will black mail you they won’t send for social housing lease if they are not paid etc etc

Recently they dissolved the company and now working under other name and new scam they started is even the social housing company they say they will let the property to is owned by them.

trust me they are professional scammers.
They tell you property is going to sell fast and hurry etc, that’s all fake.

Dont get trapped with unrealistic yield and their new ways of scams.

AVOID THEM FOR YOUR OWN BENEFIT.

Mostly reviews are fake.

I have been scammed and also people i referred they got scammed as well. Don’t be greedy with their unrealistic yields and fake advertisement on WhatsApp groups and facebook.

As soon as you bought property they change their way of dealing.
Many way them scam i can list, however if you don’t to add extra stress in your life, honest review don’t go for these type of scammers. There is another similar person selling same properties who is connected to them. They post on name with MOBU deals on whatsApp.
Robson, danny, Jordan, chris and few others they are all group of scammers.

Recently sold a small block of flats through Proinvestment Properties to a buyer who lived out of the area. Although the sale took longer than expected due to issues with the buyers Solicitors, first Kay and then Louise kept me updated weekly and a satisfactory completion took place earlier this month. Would use again……thank you

Amazing company, did the refurb for me at a GREAT price, great progression through the sales process. Louise was amazing as the property went through the latter stages of the sale and kept me up to date on everything, with regular updates throughout.

Avoid pro investment properties.
I have had multiple issues with this company. Purchase prices of properties increasing after being agreed which they didn’t not tell me so I found out from my solicitor not long before completion. Not being made aware of important aspects such a the property going through a repossession or probate which caused enormous complications. Refurbishment extremely poor which has led to extra costs to fix the issues. Overinflated deals where the end value is £30,000 less than stated, rent £600 less per month. After making a complaint I was fed lies for 4 months that they were fixing the issues but nothing was done and was told they would not fix anything unless my complaint was withdrawn. This has all left me massively out of pocket
It also looks like they have folded multiple companies in the past when owing alot of people and then opened under new entities. I have also been made aware they are being investigated by the PRS, property ombudsmen & also trading standard.
Avoid the hassle & stay well clear of Proinvest
