I am doing the 12 week training program with Talking Houses and I have already started taking actions towards investing in my first property. Really grateful for Vijay and team for putting together such a wonderful course for absolutely free of cost.

It was a real pleasure to do business with this company. Very efficient, quick replies, fair negotiations and decisions and then completion within the stated time frame. Ravinder was exceptional! (And works long hours!) I would certainly recommend them!

Talking House took all the stress away from my first property investment. From sourcing through an auction, to suggesting a fantastic solicitor and insurance broker. They kept me informed at every stage of purchase. Any small question i had, they answered within minutes. Now in the early stages of organising refurbishment, then Tenant management. They seem to have all the experience and know all the contacts.
Looking foward to my next two properties this year, using Talking Houses.

What I like about this product is how relatable Vijay is to what i would say may be the majority of people that are getting into property sees to be. The course provides the most basic information, as well as advancing levels of knowledge. This means its genuinely for everyone. I also really like the community discussion where you can ask questions from mentors and other members. Top stuff.

I had a really bad experience before working with Talking Houses. I dealt with another sourcing company and after around 10 months and five different properties falling through, I almost lost interest completely. There were always reasons why things didn’t move forward, and it became very frustrating.

I first came across Talking Houses in 2024 when I started property training through Property Launchpad. Then in September 2025 I got back in touch with them about sourcing a property. From the start, Mike and Vijay were helpful and gave clear information about the process and what to expect.

The difference was obvious. Instead of things dragging on, the whole deal was completed in less than five months, and we collected the keys at the beginning of February. It was still stressful — property always is — but the communication and follow-through made it a much better experience.

Overall, I’m glad I went ahead with them and got the result in the end.

I am currently 3 weeks into my training course and I must say, out of all the training I have done this is by far the best.
As a newbie to the property industry this training will help me gain knowledge into the pros and cons of certain strategies.
I am interested in Deal Sourcing to raise some capital to start BRRR so I am really looking forward to this part of the training so I can get my property journey underway.

I just completed the purchase of a property with the help of Talking Houses. Mike was very helpful in the tailoring to and sourcing of the exact kind of property I wanted.
