It has been an ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING experience from start to finish. So much so, that I want nothing to do with this agency anymore due to one agent that is non existent when it comes to communication and sorting anything out that is needed on their own agreement formed. I have never come across such a shocking letting agency. Never again! Please do not use this agency- save yourself the terrible agony of this place! Mia Collins has been our agent and I have had only grief with trying to rent on time and have everything in place.

First time landlording made easy
Letting a property has made renting out our flat much less daunting. As first time landlords there’s a lot me and my partner were unsure on, but we had the comfort of knowing letting a property would cover everything that was needed. It took 3 weeks to get lovely tenants into our property. Only downside I would say is the 1hour time slot included in the onboarding process seems to be done in bulk viewings on a weekend rather than prioritising getting viewings in ASAP.

It's a very basic service even when you pay for something more. I paid for each year up front and when the tenant's moved out after 1yr 7 months and I moved back into the property I was not entitled to a refund so Buyer beware! Although on the rare occasions in the 19 months I was with them I needed anything the staff I dealt with were responsive (thanks Casey), things like an end of tenancy inspection and key collect was £160 extra which given they are keeping more than £400 of my money is a bit much. Some of their service was not good - the pre tenant inventory they did left off an entire room. I'd advise you to read the T&C and make sure you are clear about what is included. Also check documents and reports carefully for errors.

I have had agents before that don’t even do the bare minimum, Ryan and Luke have been a breath of fresh air. Very unprofessional - a holding deposit does not hold a property!
One would assume that paying a 'holding deposit' would 'hold' a property. I was sadly mistaken.
After completing the application and being accepted by the landlord I paid a holding deposit. We then told the children where we were moving to, showed them pictures of their new rooms and booked a removal company as the move in date was in less than two weeks.
A few days later I received an e-mail from Lettingaproperty.com asking me to reapply with the message "Apologies, we have had a system error that has wipes your information. Please could you fill out the application again".
I did re-apply, but was a little confused as I had paid a holding deposit but it was now showing on the system that I had no longer been accepted for the property.
I called lettingaproperty.com and was told by the tenancy manager that what had actually happened was that the landlord had continued with other viewings and wanted to open up the applications to two other potential tenants (but clearly wanted to still keep me as an applicant in case the preferred tenants chose not to proceed).
Rather than telling that landlord that this was very underhand and very unprofessional, lettingaproperty.com agreed. Not only that, but lettingaproperty.com lied to me on the e-mail saying that I had to resubmit my application due to a system error.
It was clearly not a system error, but a complete lack of integrity on behalf of the landlord and lettingaproperty.com
