Excellent quality products that live up to their promise. Always delivered promptly and on time. We particularly love the night briquettes which take the winter chill off our home.

The logs I ordered arrived very promptly the following day! As always the delivery was as requested and good value.

Products are great, they arrive very quickly and are a good quality product which I have repeatedly purchased.

Have used for several years now….thats because we have been pleased with their product. I’m sorry to say the poor service has prompted me to write this. So, I would still encourage you to use the company, it’s more a heads up to LEKTO.
I have noticed firefighter quality and size has decreased slightly over the years….like everything i suppose!
But my main gripe is their delivery service. It’s very poor to my rural area. Clearly this is the courier’s issue, but incredibly LEKTO seem to take the courier’s side when they clearly lie about attempting to deliver, say they can’t find the house, then change their story to say we weren’t at home (when I was in all day)…….even when on my booking form I say ‘leave in a secure place’. Then LEKTO keep my money and DPD keep my parcel and wait for me to chase it down! If I didn’t….i wonder what would happen? When I approach LEKTO about this customer service, they seem to suggest that this is the system they use and I should suck it up!
Just not a polite ‘customer is always right’ approach. Maybe I’m old fashioned!

Once again, I ordered from Lekto, getting ahead of myself in time for chillier weather, and the hardwood heat logs arrived in super quick time. I know from experience how good these are for keeping a fire going, and giving out lots of heat, so it's great to have some ready for colder times.

The night briquettes are ideal for a slow burn overnight giving a gentle heat and don’t flare up giving hotter times like putting a big log on fire .Also use them if I go out during the day to keep my wood burner ticking so don’t come back to a cold boat .
Cleaner than coal and produces a fine ash that can be spread on the garden to improve soil condition .
When you order any at their products they arrive well packaged and very promptly.
I always stock up during the summer to last the winter months but have bought the briquettes in winter time and still dry and ready to burn

Excellent Product

Lekto are brilliant in so many different ways. The kiln dried logs we bought this time are great, obviously super dry and well presented. The delivery was within 24 hours of ordering, the price was competitive but the best bit for us is the packaging. Lovely eco friendly boxes which make packing, storage and using so easy. No residual mess, easy stacking and easy to remove to burn. We will only ever use Lekto. Very highly recommended.
