I ordered a Garden Genie from High Street Tv . There was a slight delay in delivery, which turned out to be a courier problem, not High Street Tv. Upon speaking to Customer Services, the problem was sorted out quickly, courteously and efficiently. I soon had my Garden Genie, which in my opinion is an excellent product. I have dealt with High StreetTv many tmes and would thoroughly recommend them.

Very Disappointed!
Securing the Toastie with or without bread in it was cumbersome, and kept slipping off. And on using the MicroToastie, following the instructions, a cheese and tomato toastie was to be made, unfortunately the cheese didn't melt, as demonstrated in the advertisement, despite applying the stated cooking times and increasing the time incrementally the expected results couldn't be achieved, but both sides of the bread burnt. Very disappointed. A waste of money. The MicroToastie is now redundant. Reverted back to the grill.

When grated finely, the cheese should melt long before the bread begins to toast.

Very slow delivery and there was supposed to be one free, but only got the one. I remember other comments that said the same.

My husband spoke to a really helpful man who said he would get a replacement battery sent out. Not only that, he told him what steps to take if that didn't resolve the issue.
