From ordering to delivery was only couple of days.
Parcel well packed and contents undamaged.
Opened it straight away as last time I left it couple of months till colder weather and found small amount of damage. Customer services replaced damaged piece without charge which was very much appreciated.

I bought some replacement coals for my fire. They came very quickly and are a perfect fit.

Ordered Vantage coal set that arrived following day in advance of gas fire service.
Shape of coals slightly different in shape than original, and fit perfectly in fire place.

Looks great and comforting when in use.

Unfortunately the rear unit of the coal set was damaged in the packaging. Awaiting a response to my email for a replacement.
I am pleased to update my review following the speedy receipt of the replacement unit fully intact.

Excellent customer service. Helpful advice and product very satisfactory easy to fit and looks great.

Ordered new oxy pilot, arrived in 36 hours and fitter had installed the next day. Postage cost was a bit high at over £8 for a lightweight part.

Great service, good products delivered promptly and well packaged plus they included an up to date service manual when I enquired on how to place the coals.

Spare part delivered within 2 days in time to be fitted by gas engineer.

Great web site easy to find what I needed,not fitted as yet so can't comment on that.

The staff at Legend fires are very knowledgeable and helpful and are easy to get hold of and return calls promptly. Legend fires are of a very high quality, sourcing the parts from reputable companies. They came highly recommended to me and I have been very pleased with my fire. I have no hesitation in recommending them as an excellent quality fire.

Found it fairly easy, to use the website, delivery made when they said, driver polite and courteous, and the fire looks like a brand new fire now.

Very pleased with this company. We needed a new coal bed for our Legend Spirit fire and as it was 12+ years old, we weren't sure if the one they were selling would be the right fit. They responded to my emails promptly and were very helpful. The item came the day after ordering although we weren't in a hurry for it. The only downside was the cost of delivery. It would have been nice to have had a choice for a cheaper delivery.
