The technician was very friendly ,and he explained the process for installing the Leak Bot.
My main concern is how I will change the batteries for the Leak Bot when they need replacement. I am unable to crawl to the crawl space in the back portion under my home.

Grady did a great job and was very friendly and professional. He identified the leak but he said he was not allowed to fix the shower handle. He was great but disappointed that Leakbot could not fix as offer said repairs would be made at no charge

Listened and was very thorough. Told me what he was going to do before he did it. Replaced an outdoor tap that and ball in the main header tank in the loft that had been sticking open.

Everything went very well.

He arrived exactly on time, quickly set up the equipment and sorted out the leak even though it was only 0.4ml per minute. A fiddle to work inside the toilet cistern but he fixed it.
