OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE

Representative was very knowledgeable and had excellent equipment to determine where leakage existed. He saw potential issues and addressed them. The two items that were addressed were done at N/C which further supports our faith in Selective Insurance who we deem is the very best!

Sketchy

- I got this free through my
Insurance company so I can save 5% on my bill.
- It has given me a leak alert every time my wife takes a bath or waters the garden.
-The phone number you call for support wether you click on the hyperlink, or dial it manually does not work.
- they are only open Monday-Friday. It is an obnoxious pile of garbage.

From the alerts you've received, we can see that your LeakBot has detected two high water usage events and one low-flow event since it was registered. As these alerts are in close proximity it could indicate an issue with a toilet or something similar. As a Nationwide customer you are entitled to free plumbing visits from our LeakBot technicians.

Great concept and great service

I called LeakBot when my device told my phone that I had a leak in the system. They offered to send a technician at no charge to me. The technician came and he was kind and very skilled. He found the leak and repaired it easily and as he had it apart he also cleaned the inside of the waterpipe as it had a very small clearing. Then he ran the check again and showed me the results. I was very impressed. Great concept and great service.

Can't trust System

Once again (3rd or 4th visit) engineer can't find a leak (eve though leakbot is detecting a problem).
Defeats the point of having the system if it gives false readings.

The Engineer was professional

The Engineer was professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating, and had a good sense of humour. . The issue’s were resolved and completed swiftly and guidance was given. Thank you

The technician was very friendly ,and…

The technician was very friendly ,and he explained the process for installing the Leak Bot.
My main concern is how I will change the batteries for the Leak Bot when they need replacement. I am unable to crawl to the crawl space in the back portion under my home.
