I was told they would come out to repair. Instead, they just sent someone to find the leak then told me that someone would call to schedule a time to come out and repair it.

Organised one of their engineers to come out to our house. He was very thorough and soon detected the leak. Fixed within half an hour and rest of system checked.

From initial contact through the inspection, everything was executed very well. The technician was highly competent, knowledgeable, professional and personable. He was able to narrow down sources of the leakage and repair at no cost to us. One piece of feedback: The tech found a pin hole leak in a copper pipe. Area was easily accessible and the tech indicated he had the materials in his van to make the easy repair. However, the decision was made to have another plumber come out at a later date. Seemed the more efficient remedy would have been to have the tech complete the repair while he was there. Would save time for everyone and I'm guessing for the company as well.

I think Leakbot is a great little device. I am thankful to have it in my home. The technician came out and detected a leak in my sprinkler system. Apparently, I am losing several gallons a day and the system isn't running. I was fortunate to have the Sprinkler company come out the next day and they determined there is a leak also and made plans on how to address. Had I not had Leakbot, I never would have known and would be wasting a lot of water. Thank goodness for Leakbot!!!

The gentleman that came put the leakbot in the correct place. We had it over the water heater. It was causing a false reading. He checked all the bathrooms and the laundry room. He left us with peace of mind. We know that leakbot actually works. Thank you!
