Grady, the plumber, was professional and determined to find the leak. He made sure I was fully informed each step of his quest. He also explained the Leakbot technology he was utilizing. He found the best potential cause of the tiny leak and recommended next steps to take with my local plumber.
I didn't know until Grady told me that he couldn't make the simple repair. His task was to diagnose. I would have like to known that upfront.

I received excellent service from the leak bot technician. He was polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He found a small leak and took care of it. The gentleman was impressive in his knowledge and abilities. You guys need to hang on to this inspector he was amazing!

Fantastic product and associated service, detected the leak and after we had fixed the obvious leaky tap and loo they went further to find a hidden issue in the loft, the engineer was polite, tidy and informative and helped fix the issue. Highly recommend.

LeakBot are a reliable and prompt solution to any leaks in my plumbing. The plumber (Demis) came within a day of me reporting the problem and quickly resolved the issue while testing the whole system in an efficient and friendly manner.

Graden was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. Even when some plumbing and water pressure comments needed additional explanation he made sure we understood. Then he assisted with getting my app updated.

Having waited 4 weeks for the plumber to return to fix the loo which he broke on his last visit, he supposedly fixed the problem which seemed to work. However when he left the loo only flushed once before it broke again.
I have had to call out an emergency plumber as I am not prepared to wait a further number of weeks.
I am, therefore, not very happy with Leakbot

The engineer was courteous, punctual and very effective. He isolated and fixed a leak of which we were happily unaware. This is a great initiative.

My LeakBot alerted a slow leak, and they sent out Timothy to find it. He did such a great and meticulous job looking for that leak. Luckily, there was no leak this time, but I was happy to have my house so thoroughly checked out by this plumber because I now have peace of mind. Thank you for hiring plumbers like Timothy who don’t give up easily and know how to problem-solve complicated situations (I also have a fire sprinkler system).
