My LeakBot alerted a slow leak, and they sent out Timothy to find it. He did such a great and meticulous job looking for that leak. Luckily, there was no leak this time, but I was happy to have my house so thoroughly checked out by this plumber because I now have peace of mind. Thank you for hiring plumbers like Timothy who don’t give up easily and know how to problem-solve complicated situations (I also have a fire sprinkler system).

The LeakBot engineer Tom travelled 3 hours to us. Found the mystery leak in our plumbing system despite it being hidden. He was extremely polite and efficient explaining everything as he went along. Solved the issue left no mess and saved our water bill too! Faultless service!

This was the single greatest experience of my entire life. The Leakbot engineer quickly navigated through my house and checked everything out while remediating the issues, making small talk and getting to know my dog. He was friendly and professional and worked quickly. I also appreciated the fact that he didn’t punch me in the throat.

I was given my Leakbot by my house insurer and when I called them with an issue that it had identified, there was a free service to investigate and fix the problem which they did. I had an idea it was the water tank ball valve which dripped every 5-6 seconds and when the technician replaced it with the unit he had anticipated and brought with him, it was fixed

Booking and communication regarding the appointment were very good. The engineer was very pleasant and thorough. He has attended to one leak and we have made a further appointment to complete the work after I have dealt with a wasps nest that rather stopped the repair. All in all first class service.

Turned up on time (early!), polite, efficient and solved issues I didn’t know we had.

Grady was impressive. He was very knowledgeable and didn't mind explaining things to me so I could learn. He was very thorough, checking both inside and outside. He adjusted a few things to make my water usage better, even though they were not actual leaks, just potential problems. I could not have asked for better service.

We got our Leakbot set-up via Covea Insurance. This gave us benefits such as no excess for water leaks provided we installed the Leakbot device and responded appropriately to any reports it generated. This worked excellently for several years, even alerting us when a tap had been left dripping slowly. We had a couple of leaks which the Leakbot people came and fixed reasonably quickly (although they did say that they are not an emergency service). However, it then missed a moderately serious leak (we ourselves noticed water dripping through a ceiling - nothing from Leakbot). Some time after this, we got an alert when there seemed to be no leak at all. Plumbers were sent out and changed a couple of toilet cistern washers. Leakbot then, as far as we can tell, completely failed to get the device reset. It continued to say that there was a leak. We complained repeatedly, over several months, to Leakbot, who always promised to get the device reset, but nothing happened. Eventually, when we raised a complaint, they gave us some nonsense about this being because our cold water tank was "filling slowly" and the Leakbot device couldn't cope with that. I say it's nonsense because the device had been working fine for years, and nothing had changed in our water system. It's a perfectly standard, gravity-fed system with cold water tank in the loft. Every attempt by us to get clarification of how this could have come about was met with a simple parroting of their statement about a slow filling tank. If the problem was really caused by the tank filling slowly, surely there would be a way to fix that, but no remedial suggestions were made.

Leakbot have now simply washed their hands of us, declaring that their device can't cope with our system (despite it having done so very well for several years).

I note that Leakbot have gone through a couple of takeovers during this period and wonder if our poor recent experience is a result of the cost-cutting that often follows takeovers.

Gosh! You managed to look at Leakbot's notes on my complaint and copy from there onto Trustpilot. You have simply parroted the same thing again - exactly what I complained about in my review, which you would have seen had you bothered to read it. Just like your support staff on the phone, you merely echoed the same stuff as before without any attempt at answering the questions that I asked. I'm very unimpressed!

Great service. Skilled technician who thoroughly diagnosed my system and found a hidden leak. Amazing!
