Our engineer, Tristan was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time and took time to explain the checks he would be carrying out and the results. Excellent service thank you LeakBot!

The technician completed a full leak check of the house and fixed all found leaks. Very happy with the service, extremely helpful and thorough.

Engineer Blane arrived on time. He was courteous and efficient. Communicated well and, most importantly, fixed the leak.

LeakBot is a fantastic piece of kit that was simple to install and is completely unobtrusive.

After about 8 months of using the device an alert was triggered whilst I was away on holiday. I was able to have a neighbour check on my property and they couldn't see anything thankfully and when I got back I didn't see anything either.

A week later I received a call from LeakBot because of the multiple alerts they were receiving. Again I said I wasn't aware of any issues but they arranged for a plumber to attend to check everything out.

The plumber arrived in a LeakBot branded van which was encouraging and they arrived bang on time following a phone call 30 mins prior to arrival.

The plumber worked away carrying out checks once I showed them where all sinks, taps and toilets were. He then went into my attic to check on the water tank before carrying out a pressure test.

Thankfully no issues were found but he did notice the LeakBot was set for a small water tank and mine was large capacity so he amended this and reset LeakBot.

Fantastic service all round giving piece of mind that I am not causing expensive damage to my house.

New service offered via my insurance company. Wouldn’t have known there was a tiny leak without the LeakBot gadget being installed. Alerted me to a dripping ballcock in the water tank. Tricky area to work in a confined space but the engineer (Kieran) had a solution and knew exactly how to accomplish replacing the unit. Good service all round.

Mark the technician was very professional, he arrived on time, explained the process and the outcome of the testing, which showed no leaks. The minute I mentioned my cat he knew why we showed a drippy leak in the system. He advised the solution along with a fix for a washing machine drain issue. Peace of mind, is not overrated.

I got the LeakBot at no charge through our insurance company. LeakBot contacted me after a persistent leak alert which was not obvious to us, so they contacted us and came to find and fix the leak at no charge. Ended up being a floater valve in the loft water tank and one in the overflow heating tank.

LeakBot found our water leak quickly and professionally.

What stood out was the methodical approach: the engineer worked through the potential causes systematically rather than guessing, and backed it up with tests before the work (clearly showing the loss of pressure in our system) and again afterwards to confirm the fix.

We have a leakbot and it showed a leak in our system. They sent Frank out to find the leak. He was here about 1 1/2 hours and finally found the leak on a copper pipe in our poolhouse. Did a great job. I highly recommend him and leakbot.

The LeakBot engineer was very professional and sorted the problem out quickly. He also gave useful advice about what to do in the future to prevent or deal with leaks.
