LeakBot is a great service and gives you a lot of information

The engineer was first rate - polite & knowledgeable

We had never had a leak or notification before so did not know what to expect. But our engineer explained exactly how leak detection all worked and what he was going to do and he spotted something to do with a safety valve on the hot water cylinder cold supply where it wasn't closing properly, which although was only a regular drip, was picked up by the Leakbot. Who knew it could do this... He checked on his van and actually had the part with him so fitted it within a few minutes and job done. He also gave some useful tips for problem areas around the hot water system. Very good outcome.

A very small leak was identified through careful checks of the key water outlets. The work was carried out with care and with full explanation. David acted professionally at all times and communicated clearly about the reasons and the required solutions. One toilet cistern seal was changed, and a faulty pressure valve has been ordered to complete the job. I was completely satisfied with the way the task was handled and the solutions provided. The LeakBot product is excellent, and the company is highly recommended.

The engineer was absolutely fantastic—professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. He talked me through every step of the process, making it easy to understand what he was doing and why. His knowledge of domestic plumbing was outstanding, and it really showed. I felt completely reassured knowing everything had been checked properly, and by the end all issues had been identified and fully resolved. A brilliant experience from start to finish.

Service was great! Technician arrived earlier than appointment time, but called ahead to let me know. He gave a thorough inspection of my water lines inside and outside of the house to make sure there were no leaks. He checked every water entrance to the house --- three bathrooms, kitchen, and washing machine. He explained what he was doing while he was doing it. Great experience of professionalism and courtesy!

Malvin, the technician explained what he needed to do, what he found and the steps he was taking to correct what he found. He explained two issues involving leaking faucets that I would need to have a plumber correct. I was pleased with his service.

Was very impressed with LeakBot, my first interaction with them having had one in place for about 2 years. The insurance company who arranged the LeakBot is no longer linked to them so I had to pay a private fee for the engineer to come out. However, it was fixed and reasonable and covered parts and labour plus a specific appointment time was given with the engineer calling in advance - no waiting around all day. The leak was located and fixed and the system was then checked by LeakBot to make sure that the house was leak-free. Overall, money well spent and I feel confident that we got a very good service.

Got a message that I had a small leak and did the checks I was asked to, found nothing and an engineer was sent. It transpired in the meantime that my pressurised hot water system was faulty and Leakbot giving me a warning meant I was on my guard. Disaster was avoided! When the engineer arrived he was able to check my system and was able to confirm that no other issues were present. Disaster was avoided!

Kept me appraised of eta and progress through the leak location process. Well informed and affable. Located leak then fixed it. Very efficient and professional.

The plumbing technician was on time, had the latest leak detection devices and computer programs, was courteous, and kept us informed of his progress. We are glad that our insurance company (Nationwide) provides this service. Our LeakBot had identified two previous leaks, but we were able to find and fix them on our own. The most recent leak was one that we could not find on our own. Thank you, LeakBot!!!
