I just discovered this nice and cute place. I didn't know it was that heavily stocked with rolling papers & wraps, vaporizers, e-rigs, e-nails, glass, and all smoking accessories. I bought the headphones for the New Year in addition to dab gear. They also gave a sample to try to find the perfect match for my taste!
I'll absolutely come back here to buy grinders and I advice everyone to go there!

very poor communication if any from customer support.

I ordered from them about 2 months ago and package just arrived today. At check out and under each product they clearly advertise FAST and free shipping and then act suprised when your upset about your order showing up months later. In no world is 2 months considered fast shipping. They should at least be up front about shipping times so you can order from somewhere that has there act together.

There is no exaggeration: it's the leading online smoke shop I've dealt with. For what I desire, the selection is excellent, the prices are good, and the staff super-cool. They treat customers like friends, and they know what they're talking about. This shop is also discounts-rich, that's why I prefer here is my go-to instead of anywhere else.

Don’t waste your time. They don't have anything they advertise in stock. Shipping can take weeks to months.They basically just drop-ship most stuff from other even less reliable companies so you don't even really know where its coming from or if it will show up at all

This company isn't an outright scam but does have very poor business practices and is incredibly unreliable when it comes to order fulfillment. Be aware if you order from them it is very common to not recieve all of what you ordered and sometime just nothing at all. Best to steer clear especially for more expensive electronic items.

Best shop in town by far, always in the best mood and takes great care of customers. A real vape staple if ask me. Love them here.

I’ve already wrote a review about this website. Here we are again, I reached out again about my refund. I ordered two items around Christmas time and expected them to be in before Christmas. When I realized it wouldn’t come in time, I canceled the order. I spoke to a guy named Chris where he told me that he would cancel this order and when pressed further about the refund. He claims it was never captured. Which on the website claims this too, my bank however says otherwise. My order was #57721 and my total was $59.00. Still haven’t received any of that money back.

Edit: they say that I didn’t have my apartment number listed, and I did. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE.

Sent multiple emails because there were no updates on shipment. Very little communication relayed back. After a month of constant attempts to reach them, we received a package of just rolling papers. They tried to pull a quick one on us and marked the order as fulfilled. After filing a complaint with the bank is when they finally responded. 100% scammers. Would not recommend to anyone

I ordered in September and I still don't have my order its November now I wouldn't order nothing again from here be looking elsewhere this is my order number 56960 there is a order they r lying I got emails as well to prove this today I woke up after I wrote this to find out they canceled my order after taking the money do not order from here they r scrammers

This is a horrible website. I ordered a product from them. The product was processed, but the product was never shipped to me. I was then told the product couldn’t be shipped to me because it was sold to me at the wrong price point and that if they sold it to me at the price point, it was sold to me at they risked ruining their relationship with the manufacturer and take the chance of not being able to work with that manufacturer again. I reached out to the manufacturer and was told that this was not true. I now have no product which I paid over $200 for and no refund. I have reached out multiple times I have shared proof from the manufacturer with Kush cargo and if still receive no response, no product and no refund I’ve asked for my product to be overnighted to me as I have sent them proof that what they have told me is not true and I still have yet to receive anything and I am now out almost $300. And to make things worse, there is no way to contact Kush cargo other than email so you literally are sitting duck I would highly recommend not using this website for any purchases whatsoever and Kush cargo if you are reading this, I am happy to take this review down as soon as I know that my product has been shipped to me overnighted and I have tracking info proving that.
