My experience with Kush Cargo was great. Although there was some confusion about my order, and it was a confusing order, Chris took great care of me and resolved the issue quickly and professionally so that I would be satisfied. I was very satisfied and look forward to doing business with them soon.

I placed an order June 20 for headphones and still have not received my order or an update. When I look at the tracking info it has remained on preparing your package for shipping. My husband was super stoked to get the muff puffs but still has yet to get them!!! Can someone please assist - UPDATE!!! They responded right after this post and I have now received my order. Thank You!!

All I see is how @KushCargo keeps commenting on peoples orders saying how “it’s technically within the buisness day window.”…. Well what about me? The fact your company has NO phone number for contact which is deemed SUPER unprofessional. And ESP the fact that my order for two iconic vaporizers (the pikachu & the green yoshi) I placed on June 18th 2026, and it is NOW Monday June 29th. In my “order history” it shows “7-10 Buisness days” and also STILL says “UNFUFILLED”. In 3 days from today, on Thursday will make the 10th buisness day, but with 3 days left and my order still hasn’t even shipped. I’d love to hear what the company would have to say in response to my personal problem here. And just incase my info isn’t appearing with this email for you the order# is #59672. So since I’m now seeing these reviews later than I should have, I’m also seeing this is the only way to get a reply from perhaps a “real person” after all…
IF by the grace of GOD, someone is actually able to FUFILL my order, I WILLL GLADLY remove my review and give you a glowing 5 star satisfaction… but as of this moment, I won’t hold my breath….

Garbage..... Thry took 10 days to ship my order. The only reason they even shipped it then was because i asked for a refund or i would pursue through my bank. After that my order magically shipped. There are too many other sites that offer similar products for the smae price point. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Bad bad company. Scam. Won’t answer back. No communication. When they finally responded. I was told my shipment would be sent out on Wednesday. 2 days later they cancelled my order and won’t reply. Scammed me for $48.00. Done waste time or money .

SCAM! Do not buy from them. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering from Kush Cargo. They take your payment and never send the order. They also do not reply to emails, and there is no phone number to contact them. If they are not a scam, then their level of incompetence makes the shopping experience indistinguishable from that of a scammer.

Shipping and processing did get delayed but I was compensated amazingly!!! Love my product, best e rigs available for the best prices!!

I’ve had several issues with this site. I ordered some stuff for my uncle last year and it never came. After two months. I asked for a refund and received one. I made the mistake of giving them another chance and ordered some products again this month. They only sent a portion of my order, and some of it was wrong. I tried to be patient to have the rest of my order sent but it’s been weeks! I would NOT recommend.

USPS lost my package completely which was super annoying. Emailed Kush cargo and they dispatched a new one with UPS instead. took a while to finally get it but note there fault.

Got the MJ arsenal mini rig for travel. Its tiny but rips!

The glass thickness on the beaker bong I bought is legit, not that thin cheap stuff u see on other sites.

Nice shop. Love it. I buy smoking accessories from them and shipping to NY has always been easy with Chris and his team. I also appreciate the deep understanding of their products, their patience and overall competence in the vape niche they serve. Highly recommened store

We order our products on Nov 5th. Its now Jan 16th and we have Yet to receive our products! We had found some of their glones in a smoke shop who couldn't keep them stocked so we went directly to the supplier to order. Paid $65 plus $10 express shipping to arrive in 3-5 business days. I emailed them on Nov 22nd because we had not received them. Got an automated response that they would be in touch. 10 days later I email them again because I had No Response. A CS rep finally messaged me back said they were back ordered and it would be another couple of weeks and did I want to wait or get a refund. I told him all we need is communication to let us know what's going on. A few days later I get an email asking me if I would be ok with the natural wraps. I said yes. I received a tracking number on Dec 15th, but when I click on the link it says they are still waiting on the package yo be dropped off.

So here we are 2.5 months later, out $75 and Zero Glones to show for it. I Only write reviews for Excellent Service or Horrible Service! Unfortunately this one is for the latter. Ive given them 48hrs to send me a tracking number that works with a date of arrival within 3-5 biz days which is what I paid for or I will be calling my bank to charge back for a refund. UPDATE: WE RECEIVED THE $65 BACK BUT NOT THE $10 EXPIDITED SHIPPING. I STILL WOULDN'T PURCHASE FROM THEM

I've been looking for the Snoop Dogg Pounds line everywhere was either backordered or out of stock but I finally found it at Kush Cargo in stock. The spaceship rig is even cooler in person.

Got the Storz & Bickel Volcano Hybrid kit for my husband's as a birthday present.It arrived in time as promised, safely wrapped and he has been over the moon with it for so long...!!!

box came super beat up, looked like the delivery driver punted it onto my porch lol. Luckily, they wrapped the glass in a ton of bubble wrap so it didn't break!!!

My favorite vape stopped working recently. Ordered the datx kind pen and LOVE it.

Absolutely fantastic vape shop with dedicated and intelligent staff. These guys and girls can help you with all your vaping needs and are also very nice just to have a chat with. Shop is very well stocked with glasses of all brands, and also wraps and starting kits and everything for the advanced vaper!!!
