Only rang them earlier today for rubbish clearance B74 - prompt call back and sent pictures to quote - job done same day - Reliable, quote accurate, cheaper than a skip and fast - courteous people - would definitely use this firm again

They just ignore you. I've asked for a quote. They asked what I have and I replied. Then I asked for a quote and they totally ignored me. Just rude.

Appalling company. They stood me up three times, without any explanation apart from one pro forma email. The final time I called and they said they were on their way - and still didn’t turn up. They made an already stressful moving experience even more stressful. Avoid! There are many other options.

Unfortunately we had agreed a time slot and were told that there was an emergency on-site, but the collection would be 100% the next day. We appreciate that emergencies and unexpected things happen, so that was fine. The next day we moved schedules around to ensure someone was home and received no communication to confirm someone was coming to collect. After calling twice later in the day, leaving a message and trying to communicate via WhatsApp there was no response until 3 days later. We were left with double sofas in a space which was needed for accessibility so it was an inconvenience. Not being able to do the job and having communication to confirm that would've been hugely appreciated. As a first time user it was disappointing given the good reviews we read and had decided to use the service because of those.

Two guys came to collect our old sofa today ready for our new sofa delivery tomorrow.They were great….polite,jovial,and broke down the sofa so they could take outside from our lounge.Very professional and so helpful.
We would recommend this Company and would happily use them again.

Just used these guys booked Sunday afternoon for Monday arrived Mon morning very professional cleared all my junk from an old shed plus other items, in n out 30 mins very pleasant well worth the price forgot to ask for my oap discount however with what they did over the moon very pleased will defo use again and give full reccomendation to anyone with a lot to get rid of cheers guys.
