Multiple good quality staff members have left this company over previous years and every single one of them all say and state the same thing about the company which you can contact them partially with a comment left below and ways to be contacted if required
Multiple good quality staff members who work on commission based job have left the company and I’ve either not been paid properly or not at all whilst being underpaid
The comments made about the reviews, not being legitimate are strongly inaccurate on the companies behalf
I would strongly advise anybody not believing the truth written on the reviews to go into the office and asked to see all the contracts and all the data they keep in the office with many thousands if not tens of thousands asking for their data and details to be removed off the system for various reasons by customers
This company will constantly flag and report reviews which are all true because I do not want to face the truth of what this company is truly about
They have angered multiple staff who have left and not been paid and will happily pocket for personal gain
You can flag and review these as much as you like, but we all know the truth

Pushy sales guy at my door today some Welsh lad telling me my gutters need to be changed when all they needed was to be cleaned
When I told him I wasn’t interested, he didn’t take that lightly, in fact either tried to come at me again to say that I needed all the work on my house doing like the garage on my roof but it only felted last summer
After reading the reviews on this page this evening and then the comments back from the company I would find it hard to believe the comments from this company or accurate but would be more inclined to believe the reviews listed based on my experience today alone

Has this company merged with another company in Telford called Shropshire home improvements?
The reason being a few weeks ago, someone called me from this company a woman not sure of her name but the same woman called me today from Shropshire home improvements or are they selling my details to another company?
Rather concerning to say the least especially given the experience I’ve had with this company some years ago, this company was rubbish then so if you are not sharing my details, I would like you to get them back and remove them and if you have merge, remove my details regardlessly absolutely unacceptable

Some woman named Toni contacted me a few weeks ago from this company now today I have received the same person called me from another company on an 01952 number in Telford. I know it’s the same person because I recognise the croaky voice as she spoke, why is this company sharing my details with other companies without my consent? Isn’t that law breaking?

Fuming is an understatement
So a few years ago, I gave this company my address phone number ETC for a quotation on some work
I’ve since received phone calls from Shropshire home improvement in Telford. I would love to know how this company has got my details transferred to this other company without my consent and before anyone asks no I did not give shops you home improvement my details whatsoever.
This is absolutely disgusting

One of the door canvases today tried to push a vulnerable old lady whose house burned into having a quote on her windows. Luckily, I was able to step in and stop them.

Dunno know how they got any five star reviews, must be paying people to say positive things because they’ve been an absolute nightmare to me and my family, one problem after another they even went as far as setting up finance even though we told them we didn’t even want it and we’re quite happy to pay cash but they insisted on it

This muggy company tried to pull a fast one. I had a leak in my roof on my garage and some clever clogs and thought it’d be a good idea to put gaffer tape to cover the problem up and then expect me to pay the bill afterwards

I’m sick to the back teeth of Shahid Hussain aka Gary or Charlie and any other name he can decide to switch too
He is a vile cretin and does nothing but intimidate you when he cannot get his own way
Do not trust a single word that comes out of his mouth

The management needs sacking. The owners need to sort this out. They are a nightmare the way they speak to you. It’s as though you haven’t got a clue what you’re talking about. They’ve been an absolute nightmare it’s unreal. I still have a leaking roof on my garage and refused to rectify the mistakes they’ve made from before Christmas.

They were so helpful and professional at all times very professional from start to finish cleaned up and took all rubbish away with them couldn’t fault them would recommend them to anyone

My Dad has recently had a new garage roof installed by First Choice Doors & Windows, and is very happy with the result. The installation was done very efficiently and the installers ensured everything was left clean and tidy.

So I’ve been on a nightshift after completing 14 hours at work,
There’s a sign on my door that ask people not to knock because of this
But either someone’s blind or dyslexic or both and clearly chose to ignore the sign asking not to knock the door with me being a Night Shift worker
I come downstairs thinking it was something important to find the sales guy at my front door trying to sell me windows
I’m half asleep and clearly not wanting to be bothered, but this fool thought he could take advantage of me
I kindly explain to him to the best of my ability that one I was not interested but two I didn’t appreciate being woken up especially so early in the morning which can be understandable given the hours I sometimes have to do
He didn’t seem to want to take no for an answer so I decided to give him an old phone number that I don’t use anymore hoping he would clear off and leave me alone
Matter of minutes later, the same guy back at my door having a go at me for giving him my old number that I choose not to use thinking he would get the hint
What I can understand to a degree the annoyance of what I’ve done to be called a fat pig and a dirty s*** isn’t really acceptable is it?
I don’t go around causing trouble or calling people names and I certainly don’t go around speaking to people in that manner no morals no standardss

If a salesman knocks your door and make an appointment to give you a price on some home improvements expect them to be in your house for hours on end and don’t expect them to leave in a hurry
They want to line their own pockets and take an advantage of you as much as possible
If you ever require their services to rectify work, good luck you’ll need it!!
They will cause you serious health issues when trying to chase them whether it’s in writing or a phone call they make constant false promises time and time again
Workmanship was that bad I would lie awake at night worrying and crying and having sleepless nights to the point I had to seek professional help from a doctor and take antidepressant tablets

I’ve personally seen this company’s work first hand and it is shocking to say the least
Whilst I’ll admit I’m not the person who had had the work done I am a neighbour who can see through their back windows
The only reason I know who this company is is because a salesman knocked on my door to inform me of the work been taken out
A politely took a leaflet out of interest so I could see how the work was once completed and I am so thankful I never went ahead
I went to knock on the person’s door who had the work done from this company and I am amazed the conservatory is still standing and that the wind and rain hasn’t blown it over. Is that bad!
The salesman at the time had the cheek to tell me they were doing a fantastic job and asked if I would like an appointment for a conservatory myself
The reviews you read are exactly like the work that they do
I dug a little bit deeper into company house to find four members are registered to this company yet one comment says it is a sole owner, I took a little further and two of the four members of the registered company. Have businesses elsewhere in home cares, I can only imagine the homes that they are running will be just as bad if not worse (if that is remotely possible!) to this company.
I would highly recommend anybody in contact with this company to avoid at all costs as I would not want to see somebody else use their hard earned cash for this shambolic company putting it mildly

My girlfriend was talking to Joe at the door a couple of weeks ago and she asked for a quotation for a new build conservatory. We wanted a lightweight tiled roof as that seems to be a popular choice with people these days and it looks quite nice. (my opinion of course.) Joe informed my girlfriend that the lightweight conservatory roofs are far more expensive than the glass or skylight roof but because my girlfriend doesn’t know a lot about them she agreed to have a quotation from this company. We had one of their ripped in our house for 4.5 hours trying to get us to sign on the day. I don’t know what was worse. The amount of time he spent talking about his cats and how many he had all the price that was left I know price is always go up never down but their price was absolutely ridiculous. It would’ve been far cheaper to have had an extension done from a local builder then use this company since then we’ve been hassle both myself and my girlfriend with bombarding calls saying that the rep made a mistake. He needs evaluation and could do it at a different cost yes that old chestnut we have sent us to be removed from their system and left alone but unfortunately they don’t get the hint, perhaps this review will enlighten them to leave us alone.

Some months ago, my son was coming home from school, and some lad knocking doors ask my son if I or his father were in he asked him who they were and what they wanted and then explained they were not in and were at work until later that day he handed my son one of his leaflets put us for a contact number for either myself or his dad because my son had never dealt with this before and didn’t want to cause any problems as they begun to question him about work on our house to be done shortly after I received a telephone call from Jordan explaining my son had given consent to have my phone number whilst at work to start quizzing me about my own home I told him I was not interested and to please delete my number and not to follow up any further when I got home I had a conversation with my son who was very honest, trustworthy and well mannered and raised. He explained he didn’t know what to do and apologised as though it was his fault and felt intimidated by the person I have named already we went by and thought it was the end of it. I need to start receiving further calls from the office asking me if we were ready to have a quotation on home improvements this has gone on numerous times, I have blocked their number and asked multiple times to be removed from their system, but they continued to press.
