Quick and simple.

Always use John Lewis Money for my currency. It is delivered on time to my local Waitrose which is so handy for me. On slightly a different note I must thank the person who designed the new website. It was so easy and straight forward with none of the minefield I experienced the previous times. As a lady of 80 I need to find easy websites where you don’t have to keep going back to alter things I have already done as I had to the previous time. Thank you once again.

We ordered delivery first and then click and collect for the second time. Both services were very good and we will definitely use again

Really good easy to use setup and app .Haven't had a statement yet but hopefully that will be as good. My last credit card provided poor not easy to understand statement and app.

As always, easy, efficient, helpful and friendly staff.
Only issue was I was very disappointed to learn the bureau will no longer give the personal touch by having to order in advance. Such a shame as so many customer services are being withdrawn.co

Easy and nice to come into store to be able to get it

Excellent to interact with the staff who were polite and helpful. Good exchange rate, compared to others.
It would be a great pity, and a mistake if, as reported, John Lewis were to shut down its in-store currency exchange in Edinburgh and elsewhere. It’s an excellent service, and a reason I visit the John Lewis store.

I have been a customer of John Lewis home Insurance for over 10 years. This year when it came time for me to renew my insurance they doubled the premium. After I questioned it they then came back to me and refused to give me any insurance at all without explanation or any courtesy call. I claimed for an item in 2023 but we are now in 2026 so I am left bewildered by their service. After 12 years of giving them business for their Insurance Services they have dumped me as a client with no explanation. In fact I am disgusted with the way I've been treated and feel I deserve better from a company like John Lewis who I have been using for nearly 40 years for domestic appliance and other things.
