❌ Unlawful return policy – Refused a refund for a damaged item
I received a customised ring from Jeulia that arrived with visible marks and scratches. When I contacted customer service with photos of the damage to request a full refund, they refused.
They tried to claim that the scratches were just "handcrafted variations" and told me that because the ring was an in-between size, it was completely non-refundable under their store policy. They then tried to force me into accepting a 35% "restocking fee" deduction or accepting store credit.
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, store policies cannot override the law. Consumers are legally entitled to a 100% full refund if an item arrives damaged or faulty, regardless of whether it is custom-sized or bespoke. It is completely unlawful to charge a restocking fee for a damaged delivery.
Customer service has been incredibly unhelpful and is completely ignoring UK consumer law. I am now forced to claw my money back by raising a formal Chargeback dispute through my bank. Avoid this company if you value your consumer rights.

Ordered a ring, then a matching bracelet, fast delivery. The ring was perfect, but the bracelet started to discolor after a few months. Just ordered a matching necklace, so I'll see how that goes.

My original order was great. So much so I went in to try and order other products. Sub total £240 odd pounds minus £80 pounds = £205 🤷 Not in the school I went too. So NO extras for me, I'm afraid.

COMPLETE FRAUD
Absolutely livid. Ordered a ring from here for a proposal, the ring said quick ship 1-3 days shipment and paid £30 for express delivery on top and THEN paid £29.28 for shipping tax! My order was made a week ago and still no shipping update and no reply from customer services regarding a refund so I can source a ring from elsewhere. Turns out they aren’t even a UK business and are based in Hong Kong.
Furious is an understatement and complete fraud. Send me my refund before I escalate this further!
