Hassle-free. Just select your preferred shipping carrier and hit enter. Your package will arrive just as easy as that (unless you have customs declaration to do). The price offered is also rather reasonable, while also adding to that fact that you get many selections.
However, due to whatever reason at the time, my package got delayed and didn't arrive at the expected date. Furthermore, when I tried to pay for my shipping fee, it did not work and when I contacted customer service, they said that at the time they were experiencing a problem with it. I believe that both of those issues are just happening at that time, hence the four stars.

There was insufficient website and information at the drop off . So I took time off work to drive considerable distance to drop off a parcel & found the place unattended..only a sign on the door to call a mobile which gave me an answer phone . So I had to make another trip the next day because I did not feel safe leaving the parcel without someone collecting it . Then after I left the parcel there was some "hiccup" in not noticing my payment was made , so the parcel sat at the depot for a month and it was only when I emailed to see where it had gone was this noticed and corrected. So I would reccommend you improve your communication & website information especially for new users and also if a parcel seems to be sitting around for a month to contact the sender . I would be reluctant to use your service again unless changes are made

The package was delivered a day earlier than expected. Right before Christmas. This me at the difference between having the item on 23rd December or waiting until 28th December. Great job, thank you.

First time user. I was very impressed with this service. My items arrived at JetKrate, NZ warehouse a day after I ordered them. I immediately received an email from JetKrate to inform me my package had arrived with various options and cost to send to Sydney. I chose to send my package via NZ mail and it arrived very promptly at a reasonable rate.
The process was smooth and easy, I will definitely use JetKrate again.

Very happy - worked as expected. We needed an item that was only sold in NZ (with no international shipping offered), and it was forwarded to us in Australia. A special 15Amp Extension Cable with 2.5mm cable thickness that we couldn't find anywhere was ordered to Jetkrate's address, and we received it in Australia a short time later.
