iRestore Professional helmet

Your website mentioned that I would be receiving my product at a certain date in December (can't recall right now). This was purchased to hopefully make it by Christmas, which it didn't. Your website should at least say something about that. Second, my product did not arrive on the date you all specified. The tracking number was still showing waiting for product. I had to call in to ask your customer rep to notify the shipping crew about my product. Within a 2 days, the tracking actually showed a real timeline.

Terrible Communication

Terrible. No shipping or order updates. Took 3 days to get an answer from me finally emailing CS. Then another vague answer and another 3 days. I received an answer the day of delivery but had already received a UPS update before CS.

I had a laser cap for several years but…

I had a laser cap for several years but it stopped working. My hair loss started to increase so I decided to purchase another. Within a couple of weeks my hair loss diminished. I noted there was less hair in my brush. I did upgrade to the next model so I’ll be curious to see how my hair is doing in six months.

I asked for a refund due to an extra $200 In Tarifs. I have yet to see that return I’ve also sent emails with staff. I’ve notified DHL.
I will be contacting my bank under dispute

WARNING--Battery NOT included--A way to extract more money from you

I just got the device, so I'm not sure how it will eventually work. However, I am totally disgusted by the fact that this expensive device does not include a battery! You can get one, of course, but only if you are willing to shell out even more money after the couple of thousand dollars you already spent. It is unconscionable that the company wants to nickel and dime you after spending this much money on their product. Their excuse?--Not everyone wants a battery--they would rather be plugged in. Where is their proof of this? Do they really think more people would rather be tethered to one spot rather than being able to move around freely. How much more convenient it would be to be able to move around and do a chore while wearing the device. It would also mean that you are more likely to consistently use the device.
But maybe they don't really care about that after they got your money.

Im loving it so far!

I was really skeptical about buying this at first and honestly didn’t think I could justify the price. After a lot of research and going back and forth, I finally decided to give the iRestore face mask a shot.
So far, I’m glad I did. The mask is comfortable, easy to use, and simple to work into my routine. The biggest thing I’ve noticed is that consistency really does matter. Using it regularly along with a basic skincare routine has helped improve my overall skin tone and texture. My skin just looks healthier.
This isn’t something that works overnight, but if you actually stick with it and stay consistent, you will see results. For me, it’s been worth the investment, and I’d recommend it to anyone who’s on the fence but willing to commit to using it regularly.

Had a problem with the unit immediately upon arrival. Contacted them and it was come immediately corrected. I have no issues with this company. They take care of their business. Have not had the unit long enough to develop a firm opinion yet but feel good about it.

The battery only allows for a few uses

The battery only allows for a few uses. I like the mask but so tired of charging it constantly, which only lasts for about 3-4 uses.

The fulfillment process with IRestore…

The fulfillment process with IRestore needs improvement. It took two weeks to get the original order. It was not complete. It took a full day of waiting to see if they would send the missing product. It took another two weeks to receive the missing product. For the prices paid for the product, using the slowest shipping methods are unacceptable.

Cancel means cancel order.

Where to start. Ordered on 12/24. Called to Cancel on 1/12/26, because it did not ship. Ordered on Amazon, it arrives in 2 days. Notified on 1/15/26 of shipping tracking number. Arrives 1/28/26. Had to make two calls to return it with a prepaid shipping order.

When you advertise a delivery date, that should be the timeframe in which your product is delivered. If you were not prepared for the influx of orders then you are not in tune with your product or your consumers.
