Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Nose bridge gets really red using the red light therapy mask. If I use it often I will get a bruise there. If you have a flat nose it won’t be an issue. My nose bridge isn’t even big either though just normal/small. My other girlfriend also has pain on her nose using it. We both don’t strap it and just lay flat while using it but it’s still makes my nose so red. Makes me wonder if all the positive reviews online are fake…

I’m loving my IRestore Illumina face…
I’m loving my IRestore Illumina face mask. I’ve had it for one month and use it pretty much every day/every other day. It is comfortable and I use the #1 Red setting for fine lines & wrinkles. My skin looks a little brighter already and I’ll check back in within a few months to update. I have some lines near the mouth and chin area I’d like to diminish. They are too surface for fillers so lasers or LED masks are most suited. I’ve had a CO2 laser and it worked amazingly, however I would like a touch up on this area. I’ve decided to use the mask and see how that handles it before I do the second round of CO2. I heard about the IRestore mask from podcast: IHIP News, Jennifer Welch and used their code at checkout.

After researching various red light therapy products, I purchased the iRestore mask. It’s has a gift for my wife and she couldn’t be happier. Delivery was fast with included bonus skin care products. Setup and use is straight forward. Very simple to operate and comfortable to wear. I did purchase the extra warranty but the mask feels and looks high quality.

Yes they do a good job selling the lacer helmet They have Dr. Dray on you tube but they fail to explain hat all the laser LED lights dry out the hair big time.
They do a good job selling the product and are very dedicated. However the lazer helmet dries my hair out and I cannot use it. my hair looked like it had been a microwave oven.

Love my Illumina mask but..
I do like the Illumina mask. It already makes my skin appear more smooth and even. I usually just hold it to my face for 10 minutes without using straps, because the mask hurts the bridge of my nose if I try to wear it. I also wish the nose opening was smaller or barely there because the current design leaves the skin on the nose untreated.
Otherwise it’s a great product!

Excellent customer service
The helmet helps a lot with hair loss. After 2.5 years of use my device started malfunctioning. I contacted customer service and they replaced it immediately with a refurbished model free of charge, even though it was past warranty.

Great experience

My experience so far is awesome. I bought my mask after using a competitor Onmilux. I did not like the way that mask fit or having to plug in. I ordered iRestore and got one for me, my 19 year old daughter and my 83 year old Mom. 3 generations. We love the fit. The versatility of use.
