Ordered the Elite 510

Ordered the Elite 510, supposed to be the better version. Received my device within a week. Impressed, until I went to try it on. My head is pretty small, the helmet did not fit. Ahh, mistake on my part , didn’t think it through before placing my order. Reached out to customer service, they were very helpful. Stated they will sent me a larger pad for no charge. A little confused. Why would it be an extra charge if the helmet does not fit. After all, the device was already pricey. No problems, still excited to try the helmet. Had to reach out to customer support a couple more times, and yes they were helpful. They gave me some suggestions on a different way to try to make the helmet fit better. Too much work, chose to wait for the pads, finally received them a few days ago. Started using it a couple of days ago. The truth be told, not certain how I feel about the device. It’s well made, it’s exactly as described by the website. However, I feel that it is quite heavy even for 10 min. Don’t think I would able to use one that take 25min. The helmet still does not fit well on my head but not much I can do at this point. The 10 min wear time is great for me, just enough time to look through my emails and such. As far as the heat from the laser, it was comfortable, does not feel like my scalp was overheating. The helmet is not uncomfortable to wear but also not comfortable to wear. I am neutral on that. It’s too soon to tell if the device will deliver the promise of growing hair. I am keeping my fingers cross, hoping to see some results in the near future.

It's a great product, waiting to see the results

So far it's good, fast delivery. Love the extra gifts that came with it. The registration for warranty was a bit confusing and I had to find specific which was a little daunting but not really a big complain. Waiting to see the results.

Think twice.

I used the iRestore device consistently and exactly as recommended for over a year. Unfortunately, I did not experience any meaningful improvement in hair growth or hair restoration results.

To be fair, I had already been dealing with hair loss for more than 5 years before starting treatment, so individual results may vary. However, my biggest disappointment was not only the lack of results, but the way the “money-back guarantee” actually works.

The product is heavily marketed with a “money-back guarantee,” which naturally creates the expectation of a full refund if the treatment does not work for you. Only after requesting a refund did I learn that they deduct an 18% service fee from the refund amount. In my experience, this was not communicated clearly during the purchase process.

Customer support was polite and responsive throughout the process, but the company ultimately refused to waive the fee.

Overall, I feel the advertising around the guarantee creates expectations that do not fully match the actual refund experience.

The service fee is in place to help cover a portion of the non-recoverable costs associated with offering an extended trial period. These include payment processing fees, shipping and handling, and the fact that used personal care devices cannot be resold. This allows us to continue offering a longer evaluation window while maintaining the quality and support we provide.

Extremely poor customer service and lack of accountability

I ordered the iRestore Elite to be delivered in Canada, as I live in Spain, while I was visiting the country.

I did everything I was supposed to do: I placed the order within the delivery timeframe, and as soon as I saw the order was on hold, I proactively contacted the company multiple times via email and phone. Despite this, I only received a response days later (Friday early morning), with no solution provided.

My order never arrived, and I still have not received any clear information about my refund. I also want to make it clear that I refuse to be charged any fees related to delivery, as this situation was entirely out of my control.

Extremely poor customer service and lack of accountability. I do not recommend buying from them.

I bought a helmet and I've actually…

I bought a helmet and I've actually lost more hair...I already had a helmet from a different company, and with that one I had very successfully regrown new hair, I only bought a new as it was 7 years old and the wire was splitting.

Gave new e mail... no response
Problem 1:
I ordered and they added loads to the cart so I ended up spending money I didn't want to.

Problem 2.
The shampoo and conditioner dried my hair out, so I don't use them.

Problem 3
I got charged nearly 1k to get it delivered.

Problem 4
I wrote to them about losing my hair and was ignored

Problem 5
I placed an order for their tablets (as I'm still trying to re grow hair) it said $180, then jumped up to $266 i thought well its just converted the currency...I was wrong. And they took $462.

I have wrote several times asking to cancel this order. With no reply.
I have write to the vice president with no reply.

I won't be accepting this...
I would stay well away

Great product but overpriced

Great product. The elite is only 12 min a day. 4 stars for value. It’s 2 grand. Overpriced but it’s the best product out there.
