Experience so far

So far the customer service has been wonderful. I have only used the device 3 times so I can not comment on the effectiveness of the product. I have high hopes.

What a scammy company

What a scammy company. I bought my essential less than a month ago (plus time to receive) and realized it only does top of scalp and no temples, sides, etc. I reached out to see about sending back to upgrade and they said I would get back half to use toward a new helmet. Are you kidding me? I haven't even had the POS in my possession for a month. I'm not giving it to you for half the price. I'll buy elsewhere and I'll return after the one year for all but restock fee back. Do NOT recommend.

So Far So Good

I haven’t had it long enough to see results but I have had good customer service and the product was delivered quickly. Also it’s super easy and convenient to use.

Great products w/real results

I purchased 3 different products from irestore site. Other than products being really on the very expensive side in general my experiences were good. Ordering is easy, shipping is smooth, products are very good. Even my husbands bald head started to grow fuzzy hairs. I wish after being on the market long enough & establishing a name, their prices were a bit better. I live in 4 different states & depending on where i go i always carry the gadgets. If they were a bit less expensive, i would have bought separate sets for all my homes.

Ordering unit was easy but actually…

Ordering unit was easy but actually having the unit shipped was a problem. I thought I’d give iRestore the benefit of the doubt and maybe this was a one off. About 3 weeks later I ordered the pads and checked where my unit was at. I did receive the unit in the next couple days but now I’m waiting for the larger pads. It doesn’t even look like they are in the process of sending those out yet.

UPDATE (by request)
1 day after completing about their shipping delays I now get a message saying my order is on the way. Please update your review. I have a problem with this. I shouldn’t have to update my review at all because the fact is it was still delayed.

Made no difference

Bought the helmet in 2024. Used every day for over a year, which made no difference. Asked if I could get a refund and was told I should have made a claim a month prior to the 12th months' anniversary, that's not been made very clear with regards to the return policies at the beginning. Don't buy into hype.

New skin!

I've been using another product that took 74 minutes at three minutes per location. This does it all in ten!! With better frequency. The results are amazing. People are looking at me across the table and saying my skin looks great!!

New hair growth noticed after 3 months

New hair growth noticed after 3 months. Helmet stopped working, reached out to customer service. Kimberlyn helped me obtain a new helmet. Worked around my vacation plans, and kept me updated through the whole process. Very scary when an expensive product stops working, but the company stands by their product and the customer service is the best I've ever received. Thank you again Kimberlyn!!!

I just received the helmet device

I just received the helmet device. The instructions were clear, and concise, and I started using it. The one thing I'd change: Instructions say you need to use it every other day for 16 weeks and thereafter as often as needed for optimal results. But there's a card that says you don't reach maximum grown until 18-24 months after you start using the thing. So, it's not clear how you'd know what results are optimal until after the 24th month. It's kind of contradictory. I'd think you would need to use the thing as instructed, at least until you're sure it has reached its maximum effectiveness, then you could taper off so long as it stays at the same level. Anyway, I'd try to harmonize these two stories.

I’m genuinely extremely disappointed…

I’m genuinely extremely disappointed with the purchasing process. I was recommended this product through a video, and after watching it, I was bombarded with nonstop ads, emails, and texts. Not only that, but the coupon I tried to apply simply didn’t work. When I complained about this, all I was offered was a mere $50 discount. To make matters worse, the helmet didn’t arrive directly at my doorstep. When I finally found the time to go and collect it, the box was in a state of disarray. And to add insult to injury i keep getting non stop messages from them.

Great Customer Service

My restore Elite experience so far

I have been using the iRestore Elite for four days. So far it meets all my expectations. It is comfortable to wear, easy to use, and made of high quality materials. Only time will tell if it will improve the density and overall health of my hair, but if the first four days are any indication, I should be very pleased.
