Great experience Start to Finish! They made it so easy to get approved thru my FSA! I'm so excited about my LED Face Mask! I just received my Face Mask and have used it twice and it's Amazing! This Mask is a premium product and SO affordable through IRestore!

Misleading Shipping Update and Broken Follow-Up

My order was placed on February 2 for $958.22. I received a shipping confirmation email on February 4 stating my order was “on the way,” but tracking did not show carrier movement until February 10. The package sat idle, and I had to call customer service on February 11 to address it.

During that call, I was told I would receive a follow-up email the next day. I never received that response. Instead of prioritizing or expediting the shipment after the delay, it appears it was simply pushed out.

The issue is not the free shipping timeframe — it is the lack of transparency, follow-through, and urgency for a nearly $1,000 order. I have only used the product for one week, so I cannot fully rate it yet, but I hope it performs better than the customer service experience.

I have used the elite for 2 days now…

I have used the elite for 2 days now and it leaves your head nice and warm. I have tried the hand held laser device that you have to use your arm and at first it worked until I stopped because my hand was tired since I had strokes and didn't see lasting results. I prey since this one is a hat and I feel the consistent heat, it should do better and hopefully give me hair back that i am missing.

Feedback regarding early use of Elite laser helmet

I am still within the first week of usage of the device so I am unable to give any constructive feedback. What I can say is that product was delivered within schedule and the benefits and testimonials by other users look promising.
