READ THE FINE PRINT AND RETURN POLICY

Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY IS A JOKE! THEY ARE 90% AI RESPONSES AND DON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS. HAD TO PAY 78.00 TO RETURN THIS GARBAGE AND REFUND WAS NOT PROCESSED WHEN I PROVIDED THE TRACKING NUMBER. THEY RECIEVED IT LAST WEEK AND KEEP SAYING IT'S BEING ESCALATED AND REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE AND RETURN POLICY IS TERRIBLE.

Well made and high quality

Well the 1st thing that catches your attention is the high quality of the products. They are very well made. The fit was good on all 3 except the bottom strap of the face mask, but I realized I didn’t really need it. Their instructions are clear and simple. The do’s & don’ts are laid out plainly. I’ve only had the LLLT Laser helmet elite, face unit that has several options based on your needs, and the eye mask for a week so I can’t speak for effectiveness. I’m looking for new hair growth. And since there was a sale I added the face mask and eye mask for my aging skin. I’m 72 years old and have sun damage etc. I hope to come back and update this with 5 stars again!
