I absolutely despise ingo and know they sleazed their way into being trusted by all these major corporations. Company’s need to ditch this insulting company and just verify information and checks themselves.

I honestly don’t see how Ingo even exists. I have tried to cash multiple checks and got denied every single time. They give you an error code that nobody but them knows what it even means. How are we supposed to fix the error if we don’t know the error? They seem to forget they only exists because people don’t like waiting on there funds. They do the complete opposite of what they portray. I’m not even angry. It’s just baffling to me how companies like this last. I’d really
like have conversation with rich guy at the top who came up with this ingo thing. I would google the reviews and show him how 98% of the reviews are bad. I would want to know what’s his vision on ingo. I’d explain to him that I get there’s tons of fraud these days but unfortunately the more technology the more fraud. Don’t give us the option of instant funds if 99% of the time you will just deny the deposit but if they don’t do that then there’s no more ingo. I worked at a credit union for 5 years. I know how the banking world works. Ingo needs to be shut down.

Waiting to speak to a representative as I type this. The horrible reviews here actually helps my mood since I was going to accuse them of something I couldn't prove, like discrimination. They told me I couldn't use their services in the future because of a risk. However, I am a Flare Account holder with 2K in the account today. The check was from a bank doing business as an agent of MoneyGram services. Not really sure where the risk came from and why they wouldn't cash the check. I was willing to wait 10 days for the free service. This couldn't be the reason could it? Well anyway. I hope you are luckier than I was if you need a mobile check depositor. It really sucks to lose your hard earned money at a check cashing store.

First experience was good. They don't update you if your approved tho. It was an accident I found out what to do next. And then I got another one to cash and I tried but they declined it because it was from my ex and they said we have the same address. Who cares we don't have the same account and he doesn't even live here anymore. I patiently explained after trying for a day to get a hold of them I have pneumonia, I need medications, I need groceries, I need household items, they don't care they said it's declined no matter what no if ands or buts about it because we had the same address. Plenty of money in his account, never had an issue, never had bad checks, but we have the same address. Talk about the most heartless, people. And I wasn't asking for a pity party but she obviously had no clue what empathetic means. I will never take part in any service that involves these clowns. Just hideous and you reap what you sow. And as for the lady who never even said her name that had no emotions.. You need to get into a new field. One where you could be cold hearted, where nothing bothers you.

Don't bother using this company to cash any check, they only cash checks for fees, and only if they can verify funds in the bank it was drawn from, so they don't cash government checks or pay checks, don't waste your time and don't write void on any check you can not replace yourself

I swear to god this is worse company In the planet I really hope it goes out of business or just get sued for their ridiculousness of not approving my check cuz there isn’t enough to verify my identity like?!?!. they never tell you want you need or when they do a 2nd review they still deactivate the ingo money cash checking service. I’ve been loyal customer to PayPal since 2015 I didn’t get into this type of frustration til I decided to get a debit card from PayPal last year. I really hope services like PayPal, GO2bank, Venmo, & cash app stop using ingo money services cuz they honestly suck. I really hope someone sues them in near future. I know customer service tried they’re best following “protocols” but seriously they need to tell us to verify our IDENTITY cuz I’m willing to do it. Do not use ingo money or any 3rd party that uses it. I’m lucky I was able cash my check at grocery store but still highly inconvenient when I have PayPal to cash my check.

The worst service I have ever received. The worst was hoe I kept calling their customer service and the line kept disconnecting. I couldn't get my check verified with them using e deposit with them but could when I went into Walmart. They then decided randomly I was a risk and won't let me deposit any more money. Worst service ever.

WORST COMPANY ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH. I've never been so horrified by a company's customer service and product. If I could give negative stars I would because even a zero would be too kind. I've tried depositing two checks issued from the government that meet their standards (less than $5,000 and over $5), the backbround was dark, the pictures were legible, it was a legit check, and it was endorsed with my signature. Twice on two separate occasions for no reason, they denied me and I get a very rude "do not try to submit this check again" notification without help or explanation. They don't want to help or prevent people from not getting help. The first time I contacted Support, the woman refused to help and refused to listen and kept repeating herself even though I explained I had already tried that and she wasn't helping me. She wasn't phased by how upset I was either. It was like speaking to an alien, I was in tears. You can likely expect to not hear from them (be on hold for hours on the phone and no call back like their option promises you) or by email....trust me, I waited for days by both. They also asked me to write void on my first check after I submitted it through the app and it was in the review process but didn't tell me this until later by email, and because I didn't respond to them within LITERALLY 30 minutes, they canceled the check and refused to accept it. Here's a clue INGO, try giving us a better warning and a longer time to respond!! I work in tech and in Support and this is NOT just how things are or a lack of intelligence or experience on my part, this is negligence, horrible customer service, and shameful.

I attempted to deposit a check using INGO. Apparently I could not write void dark enough for their liking so they canceled the request and then they canceled my account!! I could not deposit a check that had void written across it so I had to ask my employer to reissue another check and mail it to me. Did I ever get an apology or something for the consequences of me not having money to pay bills when I expected it? Of course not! This company is the worst. I wouldn't trust them with $5.

Perhaps the worst customer service of all time. The app doesn’t work and they simply closed my account without even telling me. Steer far away from this company. Sadly they are only way for me personally to deposit a check in the bank I use. So essentially they’ve blocked me from using my own bank. I’ll be switching banks as well.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Today, I did a mobile check load (cash a check) on my Paypal account. They use Infgo Money for this. I uploaded the check via my phone's camera, I endorsed it like they said. I took a picture and got THEIR Success message in green letters. Then the instructions to me to write VOID on the front of the check in black ink. I did that too. I then took another picture of the check with VOID written on it and got another SUCCESS message. I go into PayPal, and transaction is pending. THEN, I get a message that I go Money declined my check!!! What? After they approved it and made me write VOID on the front of it and again tell me success! They then decline the check?? It was a birthday check for me, to boot. Now I ask you, what the heck can I do now with a check that has VOID written on the front of it in big black ink block letters??? Why did they approve it in the first place? I am so mad. They won't answer their calls and when I tried to email them back with their Success/approved message to me, a message says nobody can email them that their address is blocked. Does Paypal even know what a scam they are dealing with? I am now out of $200 in Birthday money. They should be ashamed of themselves for approving me and then making me write VOID on the check and then saying success and then declining the check. Horrible company. Just horrible.

Ingo Money has declined almost every check submitted using 3rd Party Services like NETSPEND and VENMO which both advertise their service and are clients or vendors of Ingo Money. I just submitted both my US Government Stimulus Checks, for example, and both were declined and all was in order including printed name and address' on each valid US Government issued checks. The second major issue here is that they advertise freely on the web and under their service partners, specifically offering cashing of the 2021 Stimulus Government Checks. In my state activity like this is called FRAUD. Upon calling their customer service I was put on hold several times for over an hour just to be brushed-off that my checks weren't being accepted. Well stop advertising that you cash US Stimulus Checks then! Local government and regulatory institutions need to stop companies like this from ruining peoples lives offering fraudulent and troublesome services.

This is one of the very few companies that approve for all deposits of checks over the Mobile that has made my life hell when it comes to check deposits. Not only have I been shown that I am approved for online check cashing but was told this company has me flagged as a suspicious person when I have never used the company. Shame that you can't even fix this small glitch in your system that is auto kicking people out.
