Omar and Ebony were no help once so ever. I was under the impression that I could simply upload a check to my account but they claimed that my signature was not my signature and that the info on the back of the check was incorrect. If you could say anything about them it would be that they are ran by a bunch of un intelligent rude human beings.

If i could give this app 0 stars or negative i would, stay away all they are good for is denying perfectly legit checks.. stay away go anywhere besided this app i swear its the worst.
Terrible company with outrageous fees
Terrible company with outrageous fees. I used to have no problem doing mobile check deposit through PayPal-- and the fees were lower. Apparently, PayPal has switched to this provider, and they are horrendous in addition to having outrageous fees (almost $20 to cash a check -- yes, really. I should have just declined when I saw that...)
After going through the whole deposit, I was told the check had cleared and was deposited, so I had to finish by writing VOID on the check and sending a picture. This is typical -- what's not typical is the check getting rejected AFTER I voided it.
SO NOW I have a voided check I CAN"T cash anywhere else. No bank will cash or deposit a voided check. Thanks a lot, a-holes!
To make matters worse, the check in question is my worker's comp check, and I'm home with a broken foot, which is the whole reason I wanted to do mobile check deposit anyway. Will have to get another check mailed to me, during the Christmas season.

I I didn't even want to get one star but it wouldn't let me just give nothing don't waste your time and even try to set an account with this Bank I tried opening one and they refuse to let me cash a check online through PayPal saying something about suspicious activity when I never had an account with them before so there was no activity they just straight up wouldn't cash the check told me that I couldn't have and go as a bank define a different cord don't waste your time the bank is trash they only let it handful of people whoever they want the bank with them it's not even worth it

No customer service to speak of
No customer service to speak of. Denies check cashing, refuses to provide explanation or information, when I try to call I'm immediately hung up on. Four times this evening. Venmo says it's on Ingo's end and they have no information but Ingo refuses to speak to me. This is not the first time they've done this, they just claim "we don't have to cash every check, there could be any number of reasons, but I cannot provide that information thank you *click*" WORST customer service I have ever experienced.

My Customer Service Representative Gregory Was VERY Professional! This Gentleman Was AWESOME At Getting My Issue Resolved Within A Few Minutes. I Have Not Experienced Customer Service/Support Like Gregory Has Shown Me Today In A Very VERY Long Time... This Man DEFINITELY Deserves A Raise Or An Extended Paid Vacation! I would give it zero stars if I could. My bank (MoneyLion) uses Ingo for online check cashing. I received a check from a reputable bank. I tried to deposit it and they declined it. I called to ask why and they told me to resubmit it. I resubmitted it and then not only did they deny it again, they also suspended my account. No one called me or asked any questions or tried for more than 5 minutes to verify the check. Since my bank uses Ingo, I have no idea how to cash my check (that I really need). Places like Walmart only cash checks < $1000. I am screwed and they did not care at all.
I received a $5 check from a company
I received a $5 check from a company, a well known company I might add. I thought it would be easier to just put it in my PayPal account ( PayPal uses Ingo for all of their check cashing if anyone wasn't privy to that information ), since it was just $5, I figured I'll wait the 10 days. Fast forward 10 days and the money isn't there. If I click on the transaction a message pops up saying "something happened on our end, please try again", if I try to go to the resolution center ( hilarious name by the way because nothing ever gets resolved there ) the message pops up again. I'm now contacting customer support, and I'm almost 99% sure that they will tell me that it's Ingo's issue and I have to contact them. Ingo will tell me that it's Paypal's issue, and to contact them. As you can tell, I've delt with this before, and you'd think that I would learn? Nope, here I am again.

Worst customer service ever. Their app just spins and spins and spins at the step AFTER i've written VOID on my check. And then their customer service was worthless to try to help.

If I could give one if I could give zero Stars that's what I would give this company is nothing but crap they put a hold on my account for 2 days I waited for them to take it off they took it off so I try to cash my check yet again it is under $100 it is $55 this check I'm speaking about they tell me that my account is not on hold anymore I go to try to cash it it is on hold so it declines to check this goes on for about four or five times so now it's been red flag and investigation team was called in and now all the sudden they're excuses telling me that I had to check in 2018 that was declined and that's the reason why they have made my account closed or had put it on pause hold whatever you want to call it was because of these two checks back in 2018 and 2022 yet I have cash a few checks since then so you're telling me that it was not high risk for those checks they were over $100 but this little $55 check is over here and you now have to close my account permanently they need to be closed down permanently they don't know what they're doing they mess with people and their money they mess with your ability to cash a check they have absolutely no sympathy or empathy for anything that you're going through during this process I will be making a report with better Business bureau on them because this is not the only review that says that what I'm saying there is a multitude of reviews so obviously they're not doing something right now obviously they're playing games with people's money and their ability to cash checks and they should be ashamed of themselves I don't know how they can look themselves in the mirror or go to sleep at night but I guess that's what happens when your spineless wolf he doesn't bother you I truly hope this company rots in hell

The easiest way to make sure that you can't cash your check anywhere. Was referred here by my bank because I didn't have a place to cash a check on the holiday. Did it. Set it up. Followed the instructions. Didn't work. Now I'll have to do a mobile deposit and wait the 10-14 days. Thanks Ingo.
They need to start giving options for zero and NEGATIVE stars
So, after going through the usual rigamarole to submit a paper check into my Amscot / Azulos prepaid card (affiliated with Netspend), and after I was informed that my $106 CASHIER'S CHECK was approved, I was instructed to write "VOID" across it so that I might be charged the $5 and change and have the funds made available.
"After careful review of your most recent transaction, we have determined that your account exceeds our risk criteria and we are closing your Ingo Money account. We apologize for any inconvenience (A10)"
Did I mention that "most recent transaction" was a $106 CASHIER'S CHECK? And I had just written "VOID" across it? After the check having been approved and after having been instructed to VOID it?
I guess the A.I. being rolled out has cost these dateless wonders another customer.
God help me, I can't wait for the collapse.

If I could give zero stars I would. They just spam called my business about the same transaction and told me to tell my employee to not use them because they couldn't keep track of their own calls. Different people called about the same thing and somehow "didn't know" someone just called, yet had the information in front of them I just provided for the original caller and started to cuss me out as I hung up on them and called them on their negligence. Going to state this company is a SCAM and needs to be shut down immediately.

0 stars. App says to endorse, then denies the check. First denial says no preprinted address, even though there was. Second denial was a general denial. Worst customer service, if you ever get them to answer. They just keep repeating the same thing over and over. Rep said check doesn't pass their security protocols but wouldn't allow me to provide further info to assist with approval. Check was endorsed as instructed so I can't use another service or deposit. Rep just kept telling me to contact the issuer to write another check. I suspect if I had paid the fee, it would pass their "security protocols".
I have read horrible reviews and complaints about Ingo Money dating back to 2019, now I firsthand see why. Why does PayPal continue to use this "service"?
Extremely poor service from this company for all these years
I'm not sure how they even call themselfs a company. I been dealing them for around 6 years and they are surely the worse company I have ever seen, I can only get 1 approval every 1 to 2 years. Sadly all the checks have been from the same bank and they will only cash one when they don't have a wild bug up their backside. And for them to not be able to give a reason why they decline it(we all know it's because they don't have the money to pay it, so they blame the checks)is just not right at all. you have all my information and telling me why you declined my check is so classified? Here is another sad note to add, When looking at my history with this company over the years. Amazing 2% approved checks 98% declined, all checks declined from the same bank. I'm done with these whatever you wanna call them! just for the record I would not have even given this company 1 star, rather instead I would subtract stars for all of the time they wasted of mined with their BS for check declines.

Tried to upload and cash a check there to my card, I had put the wrong exp date it kept getting declined, after much frustration it was finally fixed I thought everything was done, overnight someone tried to use my card it was declined because of wrong exp date, there's a breech, tried to call them and the lady was rude and hung up on me, off you want to keep your money DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!?
