RIDICULOUS COMPANY. I paid $260 for baggage fees through them, got to the airport and was told the airline never recieved payment for my bag. I called a customer service rep from hop2 and they kept me on the phone, while i was panicking at the check in desk, for over 35 minutes and offered no solution. Just insisted that they did transfer the money and would not help me at all. I ended up having to pay an additional $300 for my bags, with Hop2 still not having refunded me any money after nearly 5 working days, just talking in circles and sending me copy and pasted emails. They just keep telling me they’re “investigating” the issue, when it’s quite clear there was a mistake on their end.

Richard was the best and most helpful agent. He was very calm, ready to assist. In my moment of stress and trying to book flights in a short period of time he assisted me 💯 and he assured me to find good deals that came with short travel times.He made my experience with Hop2 very exceptional. I will be definitely coming back to book more flights with him and referring him as well. I was quite demanding and encountered a number of issues along the way, but she handled everything with incredible patience, professionalism, and understanding. No matter how many changes or questions I had, she was always quick to respond, calm under pressure, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted perfectly. I can’t thank her enough for her hard work and support!

My experience with Hop2 was TERRIBLE!
I originally booked my tickets on January 18th for a trip scheduled in August. I accidentally entered the wrong dates of travel. I contacted Hop2 to notify them of my error - they quickly fixed the issue. To do this, I needed to rebook NEW tickets and they refunded me the price of my original incorrect tickets. This all made sense. Fast forward a few months, and my husband and I decided we wanted to upgrade one leg of the flight to premium economy. I attempted to do so on the Airline site, but was told by Lufthansa that my ticket times did not match the flights and they were unable to help me. They told me Hop2 needed to correct my tickets. I called Hop2 and they were able to make that correction. We then moved on to attempting to update to premium economy. On the Lufthansa site, I saw that the upgrade would be $600 per person. When I talked to Hop2 on the phone, they told me my new ticket price would be $2,760 (my original tickets were $2,210). I thought wow! What a great deal (thinking the 3rd party had a connection)! I confirmed the price of $2,760 - and the agent told me yes - I would pay the difference of $2,760. My understanding is that I would pay that amount and be refunded the $2,210 just like what happened in January. When I followed up a week or so later to ask about my refund, I did not receive a response. Ultimately they called me and told me that the $2,760 was in ADDITION to the $2,210 I had already paid. We went back and forth for sometime regarding the clarity of the communication - I would have never agreed to pay over $5,000 for tickets. The Hop2 Agent questioned MY integrity and said I was trying to take advantage of the system - when it is clear that their poor communication lead to me severely overpaying for what I got. I ultimately filed a claim with my credit card company, which after investigating, they awarded us the money back (the $2,210). Hop2 then contacted me and let me know they would cancel my flights 48 hours before my departure if I did not pay back the $2,210. I had to choice but to pay it or risk having no way to travel. The lack of clear communication, the disrespect shown by the agents and ultimate harassment of Hop2 is unacceptable. Stay FAR away from this company!!

1 star is too much. My brother's and I round trip flight from Orlando to Okinawa was interrupted on the return flight due to a typhoon. I called Hop2 and was told I had to contact the airline. I contacted the airline but was told to call Hop2. Called Hop2 back and was told to accept a partial refund. On another call Hop2 rescheduled my flight. I had an itinerary sent to me. When I could not see the flight on the United website I called Hop2 and was assured I had the flight. We went to the airport to check in and was told the flight had been canceled. Repeated calls to Hop2 went unanswered. We were on hold with United for over an hour and when we got through was told it was Hop2 that did not complete the reschedule. We had to purchase 1 way tickets through Delta to get home costing more than the original round trip tickets. Now Hop2 declines to give us the partial refund saying we canceled the flight. This was the worst experience and if anyone choses to use Hop2 for the low prices, forget it. If the slightest thing goes wrong they will not help and it will cost much more in the long run.

Booked a flight NBI to IAH. Got to the airport and they showed there's no ticket issued with my name.
They said they refunded

Please find below the information regarding the refund of yours, which has been received on November 9th, 2021: " Refund USD 808.75 was processed. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for refund back to account. A billing cycle is ( 28-31 days ) " All we have to do now is to wait for the money to get back to your account in this period of time.

But no amount was refunded. I tried to find out which bank account but they couldn't reveal even the last 4.
I spoke with another gentleman on email and he said he will refund but nope nothing was done. Ethiopian airlines said it already refunded to Hop2.
