Quoted C$485 for an airfare. I provided all personal details including payment card details to book - website then said "an agent would call". Received an email 20 minutes later asking for C$1023.43 for the exact same flight.

The service of customer is reaaly good. Raavi helps to find the effordable prices and compare for me. The only thing is the price may change after you made your booking. So they inform you about it and take your confirmation before charging. It will be good if the system works alive with the airline systems so you dont have any surprise.

I recently booked a flight from Houston to Izmir through Hop2 and decided to upgrade to a preferred seat for an additional $88. However, upon checking Lufthansa’s own website, I discovered that the same seat was available for only $66. Not only was the seat still open for purchase, but it also became clear that Hop2 had not finalized my reservation. This experience has shown a lack of transparency and overcharging by Hop2, leading me to question their reliability and honesty. It’s crucial to trust your travel provider, and unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Hop2 as a trustworthy option.

My name is ANH TRAN, My HOP2 Booking REF# H17FE21.
I have booked with HOP2 that gave me Sun Country airlines ref. code. The Sun Country Airlines to refuse my access online with reason : I did not direct book fligth from it but through HOP2.
I have tried to contact with HOP2 via email address and phone numbers for more than dozen times, but no one reply to my booking issue. I'm loosing my trust from HOP2 travel agency and I may need the third party get involved... Anh Tran

First of all, let me say this; I've never heard of this ticket agency before. However, when I looked at the booking sites, it showed the most affordable price, but the most important thing was that the customer score was very high. Now I understand why it is high. I made a mistake while planning my flight and that's how I bought my ticket. Despite this, customer representative Greyson understood the situation and took care of it immediately. He managed the process step by step and eventually did many of the procedures on my behalf. I bought tickets from many sites, but here you have nothing to do with the site, application etc. Those who contact you are very professional, communication oriented, and also kind. I recently had a highly disappointing experience with the HOP2 app, and I feel compelled to share my encounter to warn others about the issues I encountered.
To start, the app displayed a seemingly reasonable price, but the moment I inputted all my information, including credit card details, the price magically increased. This bait-and-switch tactic is not only frustrating but also misleading, giving the impression of a complete lack of transparency in their pricing.
The customer service experience was equally disheartening. Upon reaching out for assistance, I encountered a rude and unhelpful team.(name Sheldon) Rather than addressing the issue, he chose to argue about the possibility of price fluctuations. While I understand that prices can vary, a sudden increase ranging from $300 to $400 is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the app's legitimacy.
I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering HOP2 for any transactions. The app's deceptive pricing practices and uncooperative customer service make it a risky choice, and I regret the time and effort I wasted on this unreliable platform.
In conclusion, HOP2 proved to be a nightmare, and I sincerely hope others can avoid falling victim to their questionable business practices.

in my opinion this company should not be allowed to sell on third party websites like Skyscanner and others. they promised prices and cannot deliver they take your credit card give you a booking number and then tell you the prices are increased a total lie and a deceiving company.
I recomend using othere travel companys,
Please note they will respond that they will will respond and they never do.

Less than zero review. You can’t get a price out of these people if you change your flight. It’s against the rules. Although their $199 support bundle was purchased apparently it only covers their $150 change fee? What? So basically they want to charge me $800 for seats that cost $1100. AND won’t tell me how much the seats cost until AFTER I pay the $800. Also it’s a different department that books seat reservations and only they know the cost. Awful company to deal with
