Paul arrived on schedule at 08.10, he explained what the procedure would be then before starting he put dust sheets on the worktop and floor. He then carried out the work efficiently to a high standard and on completion tided up. Paul was very friendly and pleasant keeping us informed when required.
From my initial contact with Gillian and Kevin through to Paul carrying out the work I found Homeheat to be a very friendly and efficient company.

My new boiler installation brought a few problems but Paul overcame them and continued to work late to ensure everything was resolved, excellent engineer,very pleased with the work and costs

Excellent service from the first moment we got in touch with Homeheat. The advise they offered was sound from the outset, the office personnel are always friendly and helpful, and the installation engineers punctual and professional.

From first contacting Homeheat they where brilliant. Kevin came to the property to assess our needs and within a few days we had several options presented to us with full costings provided. On the day of installation, which included a relocation of the boiler we had Gas engineers, a roofer & an electrician to complete the job. The synchronisation of all tradesman was seamless. Each one of them where excellent and super friendly. Once the job was completed we received a full demonstration of how the new set up works. All waste and packaging was taken away leaving no trace. The after sales was great too, Gillian contacted us and make sure we where happy with the job and set us up with our warranty. If you are looking to get a new boiler we would highly recommend Kevin and his team.

This is second time I have used this company for installation. First time was my boiler I have now used them to install an electric oven, a gas hob and a cooker hood. The service was once again really great arrived when they said they would and as usual workmen polite and helpful they went out of there way to be helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

I am a landlord and my tenant informed me she had no heating or hot water so I called a known heating engineer who after inspection said I required a new boiler.

Subsequently I contacted various companies asking for quotes and received a call from Kevin of Homeheat - a company I had not used before. Not only did Kevin call at the property promptly to quote, but he offered to look at the boiler, which was only 3 years old. To my astonishment he diagnosed the problem and sorted it, keeping both me and my tenant fully informed. I commend Kevin for his diagnostic ability, his excellent communication skills and his willingness to investigate rather than just take the easier option of quoting. Very pleased with service from Homeheat. I contacted several companies for a quote for new boiler, but Homeheat was the only one who would come out, survey the site and advise on what was most suitable for my needs. Kevin was pleasant, punctual and very helpful - and I was satisfied with the price quoted. Boiler was installed in under a week, by two lovely guys who arrived on time and were respectful of my home. I am not known for being easily pleased, but I am more than happy to recommend Homeheat.
