New boiler installed promptly in one day and repairs to remove old flue space completed to a high standard...and all at a very competitive price compared to other quotes. All the staff were helpful and efficient in dealing with my queries. Highly recommend.

My boiler broke down during the coldest week of the year and it quickly became clear that I needed a new one. Trying to find a gas engineer who could supply and fit the boiler I wanted quickly and at a reasonable price proved to be so stressful. As soon as Kevin came to my house, I knew I was in safe hands. He is extremely knowledgeable and clear in his explanations. The company's quote was the best of 6 I received and the boiler was installed on a Sunday to speed things up for me. Billy, the engineer who did the work was amazing. He worked tirelessly throughout the day to get my heating up and running again. I also really appreciated dealing with a company with a great office set up. The staff there (particularly Gillian), always pleasant and helpful and kept me up to speed throughout the process. I didn't know this company or anyone connected to it before this experience but wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and wouldn't go anywhere else if I ever needed a new boiler again (fingers crossed I won't !).

Phoned Kevin, who had previously installed my boiler, and he managed to get my heating up and running within the hour.

I needed a new boiler fitted in my rental property in Glasgow and opted for a Worcester 4000 ....I met Kevin from Homeheat and he checked out the flat and quickly sent me a price...on the day of fitting Paul and Lee came and fitted the boiler ..they put dust mats down and tidied up as they worked...totally nice guys and nothing was a problem to them...at the end Harry the electrician came and connected up the thermostat...another nice guy...fully recommend Homeheat...they were also the best price by far out of the 3 x quotes I got..

I totally recommend using Homeheat, from having Kevin come to our house explaining everything that they would do to receiving the quote setting a date for the work to be carried out and on the day Billy arrived on time completed the work explained how the boiler worked and left leaving me feeling very happy. The office staff are very efficient and very friendly and helpful they sent me the quote, set a date for installation, contacted me with a reminder of the installation, and the day after completion they contacted me to check if I was happy with the service and sent my paperwork out with advice on how to pay. I have used this company for years and will continue to do so.

The whole experience from Kevin's initial visit to assess the work prior to quotation, through to the installation and completion of what turned out to be a problem job (not of Homeheat's making) was handled in a very professional and efficient way both by Kevin and his team. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Helpful from start to end. Getting the quote was easy and hassle free. I've been arranging a lot of quotes for different work and this was by far the least stressful. From then on, they answered all my queries and helped out with accommodating a plasterer I had arranged. Homeheat also offered to return should there be any problems. Hopefully that won't be needed. Can't fault them.

Great communication and understanding of the customer needs and budget ability, great staff at the office looking after paperwork, and great engineers looking after every detail like cutting all old pipes, putting the floor back the way nobody would notice it has been opened, and cleaning after work. At the end, I was shown how the boiler works etc. Great service, I feel looked after as a customer which is really hard to get nowadays. Service worth every penny. This was a very good experience which started with Kevin coming to carry out the survey and explain the proposed system and what we could expect. The fitters were excellent over the 2 day installation period: they arrived on time each day, were exceptionally tidy, removed the old immerser and fitted the new combi boiler and radiators where requested, also tidying up the legacy pipework in the boiler/airing cupboard. A first class job.
