Heatco can I just say go above and beyond for their customers. Customer service outstanding. Kevin and his team dealt with our new boiler installation. From start to finish I was kept in the loop, I was a bit worried about the work getting carried out as I hate fuss and mess, well no need to worry I wouldn't even have known James the engineer was in my home, new boiler installed with zero mess and completed to a very high standard. Do not think twice if your needing a new boiler go with Heatco, the team will also be servicing my new boiler every year.

I originally organised a boiler direct from Worcester Bosch’s fast track service, they appointed Heatco as the engineers to install.
Kevin kept me in the loop as did James - the installer. James’ work was tremendous, clean, tidy and professionally explained everything what was happening. James arrived on time and communicated excellently.
An issue did arise with my old gas pipe and this prevented work to be completed over the weekend, however Kevin promptly rescheduled another visit to have this fixed and without problems after this, the new boiler is up and running without complaint.

Once again I truly recommend Heatco, I plan on having them back for further gas work at my property in the near future.

Online enquiry dealt with by Grant the next day. House visit made by Kevin next day to survey existing system and my requirements from a new boiler. Very professional with no hard sales. Two days later, James fitted the new boiler and the Nest thermostat and went over everything that I needed to know. James was so patient with all my questions and answered them all clearly. Heatco made this a very smooth and professional service. The team couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful providing an excellent service from start to finish. I have already recommended this company to my friends and intend to have them do the annual service.

I have contracted with Heatco Scotland now twice, initially for a complicated boiler replacement which they did with ease (both my neighbours were so impressed they had the same work done by them!) and, having been so impressed with their work, subsequently for a solar panel / battery installation. Kevin is first class in representing the company, always incredibly responsible and knowledgable whilst putting his customers first. His professional attitude is clearly followed by those that work for him. I initially found Heatco via its excellent TrustAdvisor reviews - I’m glad I did as it’s clear why this is the case. I had a fantastic experience with Heatco Scotland Ltd and couldn’t recommend them enough. The whole team were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, so much so after having my Worcester Greenstar 1000 Combi Boiler fitter back in May 2023. I got them back , to upgrade microbore piping / Radiators & move 3 to under the windows

Kevin, (The Owner) was incredibly patient and helpful from the start, taking the time to explain all the different boiler options clearly and providing quotes for each one so I could make an informed decision with no pressure in 2024 and same again when advice was needed on upgraded radiators/ piping

James & Robbie carried out the upgrades to the piping / radiators / thermostats etc and both were very efficient, knowledgable - really friendly, respectful guys. The quality of their work is outstanding: the pipework was clean and tidy, and there wasn’t a single mark left behind. All rubbish was disposed of at time.

Overall, a brilliant service from start to finish. If you’re looking for a reliable boiler installer, replacement radiators/ piping in Glasgow and most of Scotland. They are also expanding into Windows and Doors…..

I highly highly recommend Heatco. I needed a new boiler fitted but I was absolutely clueless about where to start and was very nervous about the whole process. Kevin was absolutely fantastic during the quote stage and came out to see my flat (free of charge) the same day I called. He kept in close contact with me throughout even phoning the day after install to ensure I was happy. He was friendly, talked me through my quote and patiently answered all the questions I had. It really helped me to understand what works were necessary, as my flat wasn’t a straight forward like for like swap. On install day, Adam was brilliant. I work from home and Adam was great about this, asking for a set of keys so he could go in and out to his van without disturbing me. He barely made any noise the full day and left the place so clean! He stayed with me to help set up my hive app and made sure I was happy with everything. I should also say the electrician recommended by Heatco (Hugh) was also fantastic! Overall I’m so pleased with how everything went and if i ever need future help and/or if somebody is looking for a recommendation, it will absolutely be Heatco!

Everything went perfectly smooth from initial contact with Worcester-bosch right through to installation by Heatco Scotland. Have highly recommended them to friends, family and clients.

I contacted Heatco Scotland on Monday, and Kevin arrived within the hour to discuss a boiler replacement. We quickly agreed on a fair price and scheduled the installation for Wednesday.

James, the installer, arrived on time and carried out the work in a professional and friendly manner. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Had a new boiler installed recently and went great. The fitters, James and Adam turned up on time and on the day specified and were very polite, respected the house and explained everything fully. From getting a quote to instalation we couldn't have been more pleased with the job.

I am extremely satisfied with the excellent service received from enquiry, through quoting process, to fitting, correcting snagging to post fitting care.
Kevin led the whole process in an extremely professional manner from committing to a date to start installation in advance and timing to complete. The fitters and electricians on the job were polite, responsive and extremely tidy leaving no mess.
We had some operation challenges due to software updates being required but as soon as we raised these Kevin made contact with Duracell and they were resolved with the day or overnight.
Kevin has continued to check in regularly to make sure we are happy and have no complaints.

Really impressed with the service from start to finish. From the initial conversation my dad had with Grant through to the installation, everything was handled efficiently and professionally.

A special thank you to James, the plumber who carried out the work. He was friendly, courteous, and clearly takes pride in doing a great job. After some not-so-great experiences with plumbers in the past, it was refreshing to deal with someone so approachable and professional.

The whole experience was smooth, well organised, and stress-free. You can tell this is a company that cares about the quality of their work and their customers.

Excellent customer service from Heatco, punctual and professional. from the first call the the final checks. Genuine and helpful team. Would happily use Heatco again.

Installed the boiler, took out old hot water tank and cleaned the rubbish. Payment was due the same day and the payment was taken in the evening when the boiler was installed but will not go extra mile to help the customer to resolve the issue after the conversion: After removing the water tank in the loft and the water pressure in my house is a bit high and I need to try very hard to completely switch off the taps of washing basins and toiler refill are very lound and very fast. They just asked me to look for other plumber to resolve it. I had now nearly turned off the water stopcock to my property and tried to turn down every valve to every tap and toilet, trying to resolve the issue. Maybe they could help to install pressure reducing valve to see whether it helps to resolve the issue. One of my radiator has some blockage, is lukewarm and they could not resolve it as they said that they didn’t know where the manifold was and could not unblock it. This raditator issue was understandable. Maybe they could try to take out the radiator to check to eliminate the possibility of radiator issue. They did what a normal gas engineer is supposed to do, but not the 5 star to help the customer to resolve the issue after the conversion. Hence rate them as 4 star rating .

The initial visit from Grant, the Heatco rep, was very informative, outlining all the options and costs without any pressure to proceed. He was a very pleasant gentleman who left you feeling at ease without any awkward hard sell.
On the day of the installation, Robbie, the gas engineer, worked with confident professionalism. He put us at ease, pleasantly answering all our questions and reassuringly produced an impeccably tidy result.
