Everything from the appointment to the boiler check and service was handled efficiently, politely and I was kept informed at all times (sometimes an emergency comes up and they have to help someone out with no heating and hot water before coming to do a boiler check for someone who has a functional boiler- bit like triage). Gillian (nice speaking to a human rather than someone in a call centre somewhere abroad) is fantastic and really does go the extra mile and Kevin although stoic is extremely good at his job and makes sure that everything is up to standard. I have Scottish Gas Homecare contracts for the flats I rent out but these guys service my home which doesn’t have much wear and tear. Also, peace of mind is important to me so you can trust Kevin and his company to be honest about what needs done. I will be using these guys again going forward.

The quote was very detailed, with information on everything I would get. I asked for a Worcester Greenstar 4000 boiler install and to re-route some of the pipework. The price was good, and I felt like the work I asked for would be done.

I arranged 0% interest £0 fee finance for 2 years through them, which has allowed me to spread the cost a bit without costing more. The process was quick and easy.

They did the work in one day, were friendly, and did what I asked for. I have no complaints and use them for boiler services in the future.

If I discover any problems, I'll try to remember to update this review, but so far I have had an excellent experience with them.

I want to thank homeheat and especially Billy for the amazing job fitting our new boiler. The Gillian in the office kept me up to date with any changes and Billy the fitter was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely tidy. He arrived exactly when he was supposed to and put in a fair old shift.

I imagined installation of a new gas boiler would be one big hassle from start to finish - I could not have been more wrong! Dealing with Homeheat Ltd from initial contact getting a quote to the job being complete was so easy and trouble free.
Every member of staff was so professional and given the industry's reputation for less then perfect customer service, it was a totally unexpected but welcome surprise to deal with Homeheat.
Communication was regular and honest with the work being done on site being of a highly professional nature. The tenants in my house commented on how clean and neat the job was left (installation of a boiler and removal of an old one a water tank) and the price quoted was what I paid which was very fair.

Would highly recommend a company who prides themselves on a quality job and exceptional customer service. I tried 5 companies for a quote for this work and Homeheat beat them all, hands down.

Kevin and his team at Homeheat Ltd have my whole hearted recommendation.
Acceptable prices for replacing our 15 year old boiler had been received from two recommended sources. We should have decided which to choose sooner, but wanted more detailed information.
Then on Sunday 15 January the fan had failed. Urgent replacement was preferable to repair. The other potential quote provider could not be contacted until his office opened on Monday, but on Sunday Kevin answered my call to his mobile. We discussed Kevin’s quote in detail. My concerns were answered and he was able to replace my boiler on Wednesday 18 January.
I was delighted when Billy arrived before 8.30. Previous bad installation experiences prompted me to see what I was getting before losing the repair option. That Billy did not have any replacement items in his van was worrying. However, with my anxiety level running high, he promised delivery would follow in good time and started the decommissioning and preparation work.
The van arrived at 9.00. Everything needed was now delivered and of top quality – such a relief!
Billy did an excellent installation job, fully meeting manufacturer requirements and exceeding my expectations. He also removed the original unsatisfactory feed tank arrangement.
The value of a full 10 year manufacturer’s warranty is massive. I now understand why it is only given when the installer is known to be highly competent and is trusted by the manufacturer.

Engineers respectable quote was received the day after initial survey. Timescales were discussed and due to vulnerable occupants assurances were given if the old boiler failed they would review timescales. As Sod’s Law would have it - no hot water coming from old boiler by the weekend. Communicated with Engineer on Sunday and plan was put into action and new boiler installed the next day.

Great service, support and communication. Our Ferroli Maxima 35C Boiler went up in smoke on Christmas Eve. Despite it being the festive period Kevin visited within 24 hours of our first phone call and Billy installed our new boiler within a week. Lynne and the team at Homeheat have been brilliant from start to finish.

Homeheat Ltd were recommended to us by a colleague, and the service from the whole team was exceptional, from emails and phone calls from the office staff, to the engineer who went above and beyond and gave up a days holiday to install our new boiler because he recognised that having no heating or hot water over Christmas and New Year is challenging, especially with a young family. Ours wasn’t a straightforward job, but nothing was a problem, even working in an external boiler room in sub-zero conditions for 9 hours. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Homeheat Ltd again, and definitely recommend to others.
